This is Ariel Castro's house, where he created a dungeon and kept 3 women captive for 11 years. he would repeatedly rape them and only give them one meal a day. When the women became pregnant he would induce miscarriages. He was sent to prison and hanged himself one month into his sentence.

Harold Perelson was a very successful physician, with a family - a wife and three children. He moved into this mansion in Los Angeles. In 1959 he brutally attacked and murdered his wife. Then, he tried to kill his children. They managed to survive by alerting the neighbours. Nobody has inhabited the house since.

After killing his wife Linda, he then tried to kill his 18-year-old daughter Judye who screamed and alerted her brother and sister. This is where the infamous Stephen Griffiths lived, who became best known as the ‘Crossbow Cannibal’. Here, he murdered three women in his flat, he then proceeded to dismember them and then eat their remains. A student now lives in his very flat, where these crimes occurred.

When he went to see what had happened both of his parents were dead. His father had killed his mother before killing himself immediately after. He had a history of mental illness.

Then after no sign of them for three days, a friend visited the property. They were both found dead. The wife had marks on her body and had died of strangulation. The husband later found also dead, hanged.

The couple was found in separate parts of the property. He had a note with his explaining their financial problems. he had first killed his wife and then killed himself afterward. Whether the pair had decided on this murder/ suicide together is unknown. Or, if he was acting alone.

In this house there was a murder. it became very high profile. In fact, there was a documentary on Netflix about it. Michael Peterson was arrested for pushing his wife down the stairs and killing her. Her name was Kathleen Peterson. He went to jail despite him trying to maintain the fact that he was innocent.

This is the mansion belonging to Andrew Cunanan, who shot the famous Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace on his front porch steps back in 1997. Miami’s South Beach mansion sold for $41.5 million in 2012. It has a pool lined with 24-karat-gold and has had visitors such as Princess Di and Madonna. Now, of course, it is known for the murder of Versace.

Here three members of the Savopoulos family were brutally murdered, alongside their housekeeper Veralicia Figueroa. Daron Wint was convicted of the murder, he worked for Mr Savopoulos's wielding company. The victims were held hostage for 19 hours prior to their deaths whilst they were tortured.
