Here's Cake Boss' Buddy standing with his amazing casino cake. Not only is the attention to detail absolutely amazing, but just look at how it stands so sturdy and tall! Cake Boss cakes are always super realistic, it's a huge shame to cut into them and eat them!

2. Race car

Now, this has to be one of my favorites. I don't even know where you would start when it came to actually eating this. But every single part is edible, from the wheels to the windows. It looks like you could actually wheel this away it looks so real!

3. Hot dog

Everybody loves hot dogs. Everybody loves cake. So a win-win here, right? This ultra-long cake is super impressive when you think about the carving and structure. But, it might be a bit of surprise when you bite into it expecting mustard and end up with raspberry...

4. Birthday mountain

The start of Season 5 saw this huge extravagant birthday cake. It was made especially for Buddy's very own Carlo, in celebration of his first birthday. I just love the imagination that went into this, it looks like a scene straight out of a children's book!

5. Dog

This adorable cake has to be far too cute to eat. How the dog is stood so strong on its legs takes a lot of skill - luckily, Carlo's Bake Shop are certainly not at a shortage when it comes to skill! Most of all, I absolutely love the cute little tail!

6. Transformer

To help promote Transformers 3, Buddy and the team were asked to create a huge Bumblebee cake to be displayed at the New York Auto Show. They didn't disappoint! The cake was even kitted out with a smoke torch coming out of the Transformer's hand - so cool.

7. Mount Rushmore

This Mount Rushmore cake is truly amazing! Once again, Buddy and his team have clearly taken such care when it comes to attention to detail. The coloring and size alone are impressive. But can you imagine trying to carve the presidents out of cake? Must have taken some work!

8. Snooker table

Any snooker fans out there? This realistic snooker table is edible through and through. You can eat the table, the cues, the balls and even the chalk! They really did think about every detail here. Just look at the marbled wood, the Carlo's Bake Shop team are unmatched.

9. NYC

This incredible model of New York City must have taken days. How they got the buildings to stay standing tall is incredibly clever, and I love all the tiny windows. The Statue of Liberty is beautifully carved, not to mention the stunning water detail.

10. Haagen-Dazs

As you can see, Buddy and the team were given the honour of creating a cake for Haagen-Dazs 50th birthday celebration! Look at the ice cream popping out of the tubs, it just looks delicious. This is one of their cakes that I definitely would love to try!

11. Slurpee

Another commissioned cake here - this time Slurpee asked Carlo's Bake Shop to create their birthday masterpiece. Of course, the team pulled it off! The colors here are so vibrant, they've managed to make the drink look so refreshing! And Buddy looks super proud.

12. Space shuttle

So, this is definitely one of Buddy's most creative and out-of-box designs. I mean, this space shuttle cake already looks super cool and impressive, right? Well, what if I told you that the team even added a take off feature, complete with fire coming out of the exhausts?!

13. Octopus

It's hard to believe that you could cut this open and find a sponge cake inside, it just looks so real and so big! Down to every last sucker, the coloring and detail is astonishing. And the positioning of the tentacles! I'm not sure I'd like to eat a slice out of the head, though...

14. Ferris wheel

How amazing is this? It's just so cute! The ferris wheel is the main attraction, it was even able to move! But beyond that, the little scene filled with people below is adorable. The one criticism I have here is that I can't actually see that there would be very much cake?

15. Wrigley Field

The Chicago Cubs commissioned this huge 25-square-foot cake in celebration of Wrigley Field's 100th birthday. It weighed 400 pounds! The perfectly crafted little people in the crowd must have taken some careful, time consuming work. Unfortunately, after the cake was displayed outside all day, nobody actually ate it...

16. Shark

This cake is actually a little scary. I'm not sure about the detailed bloody meal inside the shark's mouth, it doesn't make me hungry for cake! But, with that aside, it's undeniable that this cake is nothing short of amazing. If not a little too realistic!

17. Crocodile

You can see from this picture that this cake was huge. But I'm not sure it does it justice. This crocodile was actually 14 feet long! Weighing a whopping 800 pounds, this cake took a lot of work and time. But, it definitely paid off and the finished product is super impressive.

18. Toilet

Not one of Carlo's Bake Shop's most appetising creations, I have to say. But what if I told you that this cake actually flushes?! Now you're seeing it for what it is - a creative masterpiece! This hilarious cake was made to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of Buddy's plumber.

19. Giant ant

I think this would be the only time you would be pleased to find an ant in your kitchen! This gigantic ant is amazingly crafted as always. I'm not sure if the legs are edible. If they are, I'm impressed. Although, I wouldn't actually like to eat them...

20. Sesame Street

How adorable is this Sesame Street cake? Personally, my favourite part is Oscar the Grouch popping up out of his bin, fantastic. The little buildings look so real and detailed! And it must have taken hours upon hours to perfect the characters as well as they have.

21. Leaning Tower of Pisa

It must have been so difficult to get this amazing cake to lean, but not actually fall over. It's so realistic! The tiny little pillars don't look strong enough to provide any support for the cake, so this one is really blowing my mind. I'd be scared to touch it!

22. Flip flop

This cake was a weighty one - coming in at over 1000 pounds! And it was one huge flip flop, measuring 10 feet long. For once, this cake looks pretty easy to slice and serve, which must make a nice change for Buddy and his team! You can tell by the gathered crowd that everybody was impressed.

23. Robot

It would be hard not to become attached to this cake, I just think it looks so cute. It seems like it could get up, move and walk around at any moment. In which case I'm not sure I'd find it so cute, perhaps more terrifying. But as a cake, it looks safe and delicious.

24. Burgers

These three amazing hamburger cakes needed four different people to get them down the stairs and onto the stage. And I'm not surprised - just look at the size of them! I love how each burger seems to be a different flavour, I wonder if this was the same for the cake inside?

25. Chapel

Buddy and his team were called to celebrate the Cadet Chapel's 100th birthday. Weighing 500 pounds, this amazingly detailed cake was filled with chocolate cake and fudge. According to the people gathered outside, the taste of this cake was amazing.

26. Surfs up

Fit for a beach party, Carlo's Bake Shop produced this awesome surf-themed cake. I hope this wasn't outside for too long as it looks ready to melt in the blazing sun! If anybody got a chance to taste this, I'm sure it did not disappoint. Even if it tasted half as good as it looks.

27. Whale

Wow. Now, this truly is a masterpiece. Unsurprisingly judging by the size of it, this cake weighed 2,500 pounds! Everything about this design is amazing - the size, vibrant colors and each tiny detail. The longer you look at it, the more you see! I love the jellyfish.

28. Aquarium

It's hard to believe that this is actually cake - how can this not be an actual aquarium?! The coral looks super realistic, so much so that I'm unsure which parts you can actually eat! The fish tank that you can see was an actual real fish tank, very creative.

29. Chinese Dragon

I just love this one! This cake was requested by a team of dragon boat racers and I'm sure that they were super impressed. The scales of the dragon are absolutely amazing. No matter how unique or difficult the brief is, Carlo's Bake Shop always manage to pull it off.

30. Dinosaur

This cake is so realistic that it would probably scare a small child. Look at the teeth! Look at the claws! Again, it baffles me how they manage to get cakes like this to stay standing up! Here you can see an action shot of the team carefully perfecting the finer detail of the dinosaur's scales.
