1. Robert Pattinson

Robert Pattinson is stylish, handsome and appeared in both independent and big budget films. In fact, he is ranked amongst the highest paid actors in the world.  Robert is usually as sharp as a razor on the red carpet and it seems like "razor" is the operative word. Someone has been let loose with one on the poor guy!

2. Andre Agassi

Andre Agassi was the poster boy of the tennis world in the '90s. Scooping wins at the U.S. Open and Australian Open catapulted him to fame and fortune, both off and on the court.  He was good looking and talented but his hair let him down. It was both long and short at the same time! Apparently, once nature set in and Agassi started going bald, he wore a hairpiece.

3. Bradley Cooper

Heartthrob Bradley Cooper may have let his celebrity status hit a damper when he was spotted without his usual silky locks. A windswept appearance and a center parting associated with the 1970s did him no favors whatsoever. Looks like he needs a comb running through his hair - any takers?

4. Dee Snider

Daniel "Dee Snider" is as well known for his weird hairstyles as he is for his music. The lead singer of "Twisted Sister" has always loved to shock and his red curly mane makes him look like someone you wouldn't want to bump into in a dark alley! At least he softens his appearance here with a half smile!

5. Russell Brand

Russell Brand has never cared what anyone thinks about him. Whether it's his opinions, the content of his stand up gigs or his unusual appearance, his over-confident persona is all that matters to the comedian and actor. His untamed and sloppy haircut make us think he's hiding something in that mop!

What can you say about David Beckham that we didn't already know? Brand Beckham has been at the forefront of the now retired footballer and his family. We have been treated to seeing his many looks over the years, some good and some not so .... Braids wasn't a good decision!

7. Rihanna

Rihanna launched Fenty Beauty in 2017, adding to the great wealth the singer had already amassed.  She had hit after hit, especially with "Umbrella" and everything she touched turned to gold except when she decided on a half braid/half shaved hairstyle which left us scratching our heads!

Beautiful Brad is a hunk and that's official. Does that mean he is allowed to let himself go to this extent? Here he is sporting the caveman look, very unkempt with straggly hair and a beard that probably has crumbs from his morning toast hiding in there.  We've heard of bad hair days but ....

It's hard to get past this spiked gel hairstyle, a strange shade of auburn and a nod to the 1990s. As if this isn't bad enough, a turtleneck sweater under a white suit is enough to tip us over the edge and not in a good way!  Someone buy K.J. Apa a mirror for his birthday.

The Italian soccer player has ball skills on the football pitch that others can only dream of but it was a bit of a nightmare to see him with very high hair! Is he really only 5 feet 4 inches tall and he needs that bit extra to look taller on the field? Must have a good bit of hair gel on there!

11. Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus loves to shock!  She was determined to shake off her "Hannah Montana" Disney image and to be taken seriously as an artist. She started dressing provocatively and smoking illegal substances. Then Miley got her hair streaked and went clubbing, imitating a hedgehog.

Unlike her usual sleek style, Jennifer asked her hairdresser to put extra body into those luscious locks. It ended up being so big that there could be an actual body hiding in there. Too many curls and a bit of damp air outside gave J Lo volume she'd never encountered before.

Mariah Carey can hit notes that haven't even been given names yet!  Her range is off the scale as are her fashion choices or disasters as we prefer to call them. Unless you are in school, a side ponytail is not recommended for a lady who has just celebrated her thirtieth birthday!

Jared Leto has sported many looks especially when he played a transgender character in "Dallas Buyers Club!" He went through an emo phase during his "My Chemical Romance" days back in 2007.  Problem is it didn't suit him.  He ended up resembling Atticus Finch, Tim Minchin's character!

Kevin Peter Pietersen MBE is now a cricket commentator and conservationist but back in the day the England international captain loved the attention he received.  A blonde stripe down the center of his spiked up hair certainly got him noticed but not necessarily for the right reason!

The Kardashians are all known to be trendsetters and we love to copy their looks but we might decide to give this hairstyle a miss. Khloe is showing off her over-done tresses with an off color pony wrap. Her thick make up only draws attention to the unflattering  finished look.

Guns N' Roses lead singer Axl Rose comes across as a wild one and promotes his image through his hair.  A possible snap decision saw Axl with a head full of thin braids with hints of red and yellow running through them.  Each to their own but please never do it again!

It's easy to feel jealous when we spot famous people on the tv.  Each one of them usually has a makeup artist, hairdresser and clothes adviser and we would love that!  We think ex Prime Minister of England Boris Johnson either didn't get the memo for his entitlement or he wanted to rebel!  That reminds me.  I need a new floor mop.

In 2002 we were treated to a fly on the wall series of the Osbournes.  It proved to be so successful that it ran for years. We got to see Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy, wife Sharon and crazy kids living a life a million miles away from our own. Kelly was a real firecracker and liked to express herself with mad hair styles in different colors. She was wild and her hair followed suit.

Whether you love him or hate him, Donald Trump is a man who, once seen is never forgotten. America is divided. Some love him and some think exactly the opposite.  What they probably all agree on though is that his hair always looks ridiculous, as if he's borrowed it from someone else!

Rumer Willis, daughter of Hollywood royalty Bruce Willis, is well known for her dark features and hair.  Here is an example of what not to do when you have very long brown locks.  Do not cut off almost all your hair and dye it white.  If you do, at least match up your eyebrows!

Does that mean he can get away with a pulled forward hair band over his messy hair. The answer is "no!"

Gorgeous Mario Lopez, actor and tv host, has appeared on many television shows.  He's done movies and starred on Broadway but probably best known as A.C. Slater in "Saved By The Bell."  You have to be mindful that this program aired in the 1990s when hairstyles left much to be desired. This image of Mario says it all!

Christina Aguilera is a power house when it comes to her vocals. They are big chords that come out of her mouth so it isn't surprising that she carried the "big" theme through to her hair. We thought the pink streaked dreadlocks was as bad as it got but no, this candy floss mountain beats it hands down.

The mullet was a fashion that should have been banned by law. Pat Sharp, a well known British television presenter, took the style to the limit and he thought he looked "the bees knees." Teenagers everywhere copied the mullet and we all breathed a sigh of relief when shorter hair came in and took over.

It will shock you to known that the gravel voice of Rod Stewart has been music to our ears for over 50 years. He was lead singer with the Faces before going solo and he had hit after hit from the 1970s onwards. A showman through and through, the cockatoo hairstyle wasn't the best.  His hair has tamed down since then but remnants still remain.
