1. The Lilac Dress To Announce Elizabeth's Engagement

Though there's a tiny variation on details, both for when she wears it and the design of the dress, The Crown faithfully reproduced this lovely lilac number. In real life, Queen Elizabeth wore it to announce her engagement to Prince Philip; in the show, Claire Foy wears it as she waits for her engagement to be approved, with slightly longer sleeves.

If there's anything you'd want to replicate properly, it's stunning royal wedding dresses. The replication of the dress - which was slightly different with the lace necklace replaced with pearls, sequins and diamonds - took seven weeks to make!
