Image sourceUnfortunately, a fall that happened during one of the live shows, left Diane with trapped nerves in her neck, so she had to retire. She picked up a Psychotherapy degree and helps kids with eating disorders, something she admits to having had, herself, when she was younger.

Image source He came out on the stage to 'This Is How We Do It'. A champion weightlifter, Rhino stunned the audiences with his body popping and robotic dancing. He had a fantastic personality.

Image source With no end to Mark's talents, he is a keen boxer and has broken out into the music industry. A natural actor, you may remember seeing him in Eastenders, a while back.

Image source A former bodybuilder, Saracen auditioned along with his girlfriend. He became a Gladiator and she, a contestant. They later married - how cute!

Image source The crowds went mad, in 2015, when Mike appeared on another show, ITV's Ninja Warrior. He has a much more important role in life, these days, as a firefighter. I bet he looks good in his uniform!

A talented American footballer, Shadow was a big lad but that didn't stop him being fast. He was the Gladiators' team captain and the most intimidating of them all.

Sadly, he was axed from the show for taking drugs, This lead him into depression and he was unable to get clean for 10 years. Thankfully, he's getting his life back together, with a lot of support.

Image source Coming from such a successful bodybuilding background, Panther's strengths were events such as Atlaspheres, Gauntlet, Joust and Whiplash. She suffered a bad fall during one of the shows, badly injuring herself. She did return, but only for a short time.

Image source Helen runs her own gym now, aptly named 'Panthers Gym' in Uxbridge. She opened up her own fashion shop 'COR', alongside her Gladiator friends, Saracen and Vogue.

Image source This Yorkshire lass was an Olympic sprinter when she joined Gladiators. She excelled in every event and has only ever been beaten once, a record in itself.

Image source Jennifer appeared in the real life movie, Gladiators, which was filmed in Malta. She has set up her own sports management agency and also focuses on the wellbeing of athletes.

Image source Beauty and brains, Rio had previously been an ambulance driver and was in the final of Miss UK, having won Miss Wessex. Too nice for her own good, she would always apologise to the contestant when she beat her.

Michael has his own gym and concentrates on acting and singing. He played the lead in Channel 4's production of David Gale's opera 'The Empress and Facts.'

Image source A Scottish basketball champion, Siren brought new heights to the Gladiators. She had a memorable moment on Pendulum, where she fixed her feet into the netting and let her hands go. The grabbed the flag with 2 seconds to go.

Image source An all-round athlete, Zodiac excelled at pole-vaulting. In Gladiators, she proved her status with the agility games, Skytrak, Pursuit, Pyramid, Hang Tough and her speciality- Pendulum. The contenders never wanted to go against her as they feared the worst!

Image source Kate was married to rugby player Chris Sheasby and has three children. Still involved in sport, she is more focussed on finding young talent than being in the spotlight.

Image source A 7 stone weakling, in his native Yugoslavia, he was encouraged to take up bodybuilding and never looked back since. He moved to England, where he took up modelling and appeared in tv commercials, before auditioning for Gladiators.

Image source The South African stunner always made her entrance to 'Killer Queen (Queen). She had entered Gladiators to be a contestant but impressed them so much, she got offered the gig of Gladiator.

Image source Tina relocated to America with her husband and two children. The kids were outstanding swimmers and have been training for Olympic glory, hoping to be in the Summer Games in Tokyo in 2020.

Image source You wouldn't want to mess with Sandy, what with her being a Tai and Kick Boxer. That's what the team thought when they took Phoenix under their wing. Determined and aggressive, she played to the audience. She was brilliant at the Wall.

Image source Liverpudlian Daz was part of the RAF and became a heavyweight boxing champion, within the Air Force. He became a model and a dancer, for pop videos, this being where he was spotted by the Gladiators Production Office. Agile and handsome, they took him on immediately.
