Guavas are very recognisable for their striking color of pink and green. They taste very sweet, and that might be because they're very acidic! image source: reddit.com

11. Prickly Pear: It's Not Even A Pear

Don't let the name fool you! But while it's not a pear, it's definitely prickly, so you'll want to watch those fingers. The prickly side of things comes from the cactus you pick it from. If you buy it in store instead of growing your own, the spiky parts should be removed. It tastes a little like watermelon!

12. Indian Gooseberry: Don't Mistake Them For Grapes!

Also known as Amla, it's easy to see why you could mistake this fruit for a huge white grape. If you were to eat one of these, though, you'd see the texture is very different to a grape. 21. Langsat: They Look Like Mini Potatoes

This fruit is actually one of the most popular fruits in Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia. Their popularity comes from the fact they have versatile flavor that's both sweet and sour! image source: thefoodhog.com
This fruit is very closely related to the mangosteen - but they're not the same. This one looks like an apricot, and also is a staple for delicious fruit jam!
