1. Stolen koi fish
Koi fish are insanely expensive, especially older ones; $15K kind-of-expensive. Now imagine a frat party swimming in alcohol. Guess what? Someone used two rakes (from a custodial closet) to catch the fish, but no one would disclose who. Eventually, they discovered that the new pledge educator (who was being filmed btw) ordered the pledges to grab the fish. He then made them barbeque the poor fish and forced them to eat it.
2. $10,000 worth of substances

After two 19-year-old brothers obtained over 400 grams of dr*gs from disguised police, State Police confiscated $10,000 worth of psychotropic substances from a Kappa party. The haul comprised an array of illegal substances, more than we'd like to share, and landed these party goers into a lot of trouble.
3. Smelly revenge
Picture this: two frat boys, one has a girlfriend, and the other doesn't have one. Here's where it gets... a bit gruesome: The latter messed with the former's girlfriend, and to get back, the other frat boys took the man and tied him to a chair. He was then taken outside to the backyard (while the party music blasted in the air), where they explained why they were doing this to him and then proceeded to pour two weeks' worth of all types of bodily fluids on him... Gross!
4. Some parties end in hospital stays
Those Pi Kapps are real pieces of work, especially in some states. Some of the numerous Pi Kapps citations issued since 2010 say that frat brothers (or their guests) wound up in the hospital at least three times as a result of binge drinking. And while this is a serious issue, we cannot forget that things got even uglier at some parties.
5. Unwanted attention
Most women who attended a party or went to a club or a concert are likely to have encountered someone grabbing a feel as they pass by them. One of the reasons this is so annoying is that before you realize what's happening, the creep has vanished into the crowd. And this happens to girls all the time when attending frat parties. Someone attempts to pass by when you feel they grabbed you full instead of just the usual hand on the back. That's sexual assault. Period.
6. Force-feeding is a thing
At an Atlanta frat party, transgressions have ranged from forcing pledges to consume unusual amounts of food that is not typical for eating to demanding them to sleep on the basement floor in only their boxers. However, the requirement that fresh faces participate in a "fight club" à la Chuck Palahniuk makes this party a really crazy one.
7. Alcohol content over human limits
This time, we travel all the way to Arkansas, where frat boys forced one of them to consume high-percentage alcohol at a party till he passed out. Eventually, he was taken to the hospital by the fraternity president. According to the hospital bill, he had a blood alcohol content of 0.4.
8. Trading compromising pictures
A Kappa Gamma frat house used their parties to take compromising and naked photos of their classmates and anyone in the college that attended their parties. This activity was not the only regular thing at this fraternity house: The boys also sold narcotics, took part in and created hazing strategies, and traded the pictures they took on Facebook and other messaging apps.
9. Shoots were fired
After police reacted to shots fired from a handgun at their Jonesboro, Arkansas, home in June, 17 minors were ticketed and accused of possessing alcohol, a controlled substance, and dr*g paraphernalia. All this in a fraternity house party. You already know it... what are the kids up to these days!
10. Spiked drinks and no memory
Fellas, don't go around at parties with people you don't know. This protagonist did exactly that and woke up naked, covered in blood, with bruises all over his arms and back, two black eyes, and a broken nose. Guess what happened. Yeah, his drink was spiked by his "camarade."
11. Sexist remarks and insults

The Salem, Oregon-based brotherhood's harsh culture came to light when posts from its private Facebook group were published online. The leaked material contained descriptions of hazing tactics at parties, insults to classmates, again at parties (but not only), and sexist remarks while drunk (we won't repeat what they said)!
12. Obscene videos

One of the oldest fraternity clubs in America is Beta Theta Pi, and its parties are probably the worst to be seen. In March, university officials learned that they were exchanging obscene images (and films) of men and women taken inside their on-campus home while partying. Police were looking into the brothers, and what can we say except for "They definitely should!"
13. He turned out to be a monster
People get roofed at large parties at fraternity houses, that's something many people know. However, when a frat member promises to protect you, you should never take his words for good. Unfortunately, a college girl attending such a party did believe the guy who said all those nice things but who later turned out to be a molester.
14. Se*ual assault on minors
The SAE frat brothers have received numerous citations for hazing and property destruction. However, r*pe has been a significant problem in this Albuquerque home. It all began with a pledge who was accused of r*ping little girls (the charges against him were eventually dropped). Still, the accusation was followed by another and another. Most of the time, the victims don't remember a lot or anything at all. Gruesome!
15. Till death do us apart
One of the new members of a frat house was forced to literally drink himself to death. Bad fraternity experiences don't often simply involve obnoxious guys kicking girls out after hookups or filthy living arrangements; the culture has already proven to be deadly. This is so sad.
16. Racist parties
Dartmouth, which served as the real-life model for Animal House, has a history of unruly students. But in July, the NAACP said that over 200 students attended a party with a gang theme while dressed as bloods or crips and using racist language. A Dartmouth fraternity has previously held stunningly racist parties.
17. Joke pledges that entail a great deal of danger
Some frat houses carry on with their pledges during their parties, but only as a joke. For example, you can be asked to complete a number of duties while being driven in a car trunk and shackled to a classmate, just for fun! You can even be asked to "pretend" to rob a convenience store that same night using a toy gun. Imagine the terrible result of this one. The horrible part? These all happened. Trust us, fraternities are the new Wild West.
18. The most horrific houses to be

This Tempe-based brotherhood is one of the most horrific houses to be in, thanks to two particular events: After a night of heavy drinking at a fraternity party, one of the wannabes drowned, and just a few months after, the guys dropped one of their own in front of a nearby ER with a Post-It card on his body. Allegedly, the 20-year-old's blood alcohol content was five times the legal limit after he had drank 30 ounces of tequila.
19. Life-threatening abuse
This time onto a very well-known Black fraternity. According to a wannabe, there were a shocking number of beatings, even during parties. Seven chest punches to remember the founders, paddle strikes until the backside became one massive scrab, and mental abuse at its finest. It's a real bloodshed out there.
20. Making out with a pillar
This frat party happening goes beyond your wildest dreams. Apparently, the house in which this party took place had a few of those huge cement pillars in it. While everyone was dancing, people started to notice a man standing next to one of these pillars. What's he doing? He's making out with it, and continued to do so for more than 30 minutes after. Phew! Alcohol has different effects on people.
21. Catcalling is a must
So many accounts of catcalling during parties and even in the afternoon or early evening when girls pass by frat houses, oh my! Image a group of inebriated frat guys who are partying all day long, sitting at the window or on the porch, catcalling you, and doing their best to make you feel unsafe. Living near frat houses is a real nightmare!
22. Insides spilled everywhere is a common sight
You're at a frat party, and the tequila made its will with your stomach. Obviously, you go looking for a bathroom (which is always but always occupied!), but as you get in, you notice the soiled room. Soiled with what? Yep, it's vomit. And in an ungodly amount! Needless to say, you'll develop an aversion to visiting bathrooms during parties.
23. Non-consensual intercourse
R*pe occurs way more frequently at frat parties than one can imagine. Oftentimes, the guys challenge each other while inebriated to do this. There was a particular frat house that dared its members to find the "ugliest" girl on campus, bring her to the party, and the one girl they decided to be the winner would be taken advantage of. So mortifying!
24. Backflip on the roof
A drunken backflip attempt on the roof by one of the frat boys at a party would classify as a mild event compared to most of the other points in this article. He gave it a go before hitting his head on the front lawn and before anyone could stop him. The absurd thing is that he simply jumped back up, more excited than before, as if nothing had happened.
25. Physical abuse and jokes

The physical abuse during frat parties seems to know no end. This one time, wannabes attending the party were forced to do planks on insulation, bird seeds, and sand for five to ten minutes at a time. And they were filmed and made fun of, obviously. This type of hazing happens during pledges but also during parties when attendees are all inebriated.
26. Anti-latinx parties
According to first-hand witnesses, racist-themed parties are frequently hosted by frats. In this instance, numerous Latinx student organizations objected to the frat house's "tequila sunrise" parties, so the brothers drove by and threw tortillas at them. As always, nothing happened to them.
27. Violence is at home
Both men and women are taken advantage of at frat parties. This is made even more scandalous by the parents of these monsters! Even if the incident goes to court, the aggressor's parents are likely to pay a preposterous sum of money to get them out. This is not an uncommon event at frat parties.
28. Animals are not spared either
If you're in a fraternity and happen to like animals, make sure you keep them away from your fellow members. Incidents of animal abuse by the hands of frat boys haven't been few, from throwing up on a cat to physically abusing dogs and other pets. You'd say they were drunk and did not know what they were doing, but that's no excuse to abuse animals.
29. Clogged everything
At this frat party, everyone kept using the clogged toilet and piling toilet paper on top of it, finally leaving it worthless. They then had to relieve themselves in the bathtub, but the bathtub clogged as a result of the same incident. When the boys heard about it and went to examine the restroom, they discovered someone sitting on the dryer and peeing in it. Holy cow!
30. Eating raw potatoes is a thing
Apparently, once you get drunk at a frat party and wander through the kitchen, you get the surge to eat raw potatoes (if there are any). Some guys at a fraternity house thought ingesting a whole bag of raw potatoes was manly and dared the others to do the same. You'd think the other attendees ignored the dare, but no. They ate the whole bag.
