Delarosa's death is one of several recent losses that have shaken the entertainment world. Just days earlier, another tragedy surfaced involving a young actor whose sudden passing left his family and fans reeling.
Spencer Lofranco, who starred alongside John Travolta in "Gotti" and broke out in the crime drama "Jamesy Boy," died on November 18, 2025, in Canada. His death was confirmed two days later in a heartbreaking social media post from his brother.

On November 20, Santino Lofranco posted a social media tribute for his brother, featuring a carousel of childhood snapshots and recent photos of the actor, full of warmth and nostalgia.

According to TMZ, Spencer's death is currently under investigation by authorities in British Columbia, with no official cause of death released. His father, Rocco Lofranco, a prominent Toronto personal injury lawyer, has not answered requests for comment.

What makes Spencer's death even more shocking is that just six days before he passed, he seemed full of life and looking forward to the future.
On November 12, he posted a black and white selfie on Instagram, writing, "I'm getting my face tatoo [sic] burned out," before promoting his OnlyFans account and teasing changes ahead. "Period the best is yet to come. The hair is on it way it's got held up customs. Crazy [sic]."

Spencer's acting career began modestly with a role in the indie comedy "At Middleton," starring Andy Garcia and Vera Farmiga. He then trained at the New York Film Academy's year-long conservatory, which launched him into "Jamesy Boy" in 2014, acting alongside Mary-Louise Parker, Ving Rhames, James Woods, and Taissa Farmiga.
That same year, he landed a role in "Unbroken," directed by Angelina Jolie and starring Jack O'Connell, Domhnall Gleeson, Garrett Hedlund, and Miyavi.
Spencer's star was on the rise. In a 2014 conversation with Interview Magazine, he opened up about his ambitions and the path that led him to acting.
Originally from Toronto, Spencer said he knew by 17 that he wanted to act. He was the kind of person who always wanted attention and began attending summer acting classes that eventually led him to the New York Conservatory, which launched his career.

Acting and performing already ran in his blood, however. His mother was an actress, opera singer, and dancer, and she often brought him to auditions. But it wasn't the path his father hoped for; he wanted Spencer to become a lawyer or a hockey player.

At the time of this interview, Spencer had not yet worked with Angelina, but he admired what he knew of her directing style. "I guess she wants people to know that they're safe and there's going to be another take—it's all good. That's the type of attitude she has," he said.

He even admitted that the actress had been his childhood "dream girl."
If he hadn't pursued acting, Spencer revealed he would have moved to Africa to work with organizations helping the world's most vulnerable children. But in Hollywood, he wanted to be intentional about his career.

"I want to be wise about what I choose. Actors whose choices I've liked are Sean Penn, Leonardo DiCaprio, River Phoenix," he told the magazine.
Spencer's filmography grew afterward with roles in "Dixieland," "Home," and "King Cobra." But his most high-profile part came in "Gotti," where he played the gangster's son opposite John Travolta and the late Kelly Preston.
We offer Spencer's family and loved ones our deepest sympathies as they face this unimaginable loss.
