This photo was taken by Eduard Albert "Billy" Meier. As we can see there are two UFO like phenomena in the sky. Meier is a firm believer that aliens exist and he claims that they first contacted him at the age of five, back in 1942. Since then he assures that they have maintained regular contact throughout his life.

And, here in this second photo of Eduard Meier's we can see this flying figure more clearly. And, it does have a distinct 'UFO' look. In fact it was so alien like that it was used as the background of the "I want to believe" UFO poster in The X-Files.
