1. Justin Bieber .... starts clowning around!

Image source PinterestWhen Justin Bieber turned 19, in case no one else threw him a party, he decided to do it himself.  He plumped for a clown themed extravaganza and was unrecognisable as he was painted into a funny man!  No expense was spared and the bill totted up to just over $20,000, nothing to laugh about!

2. Sir Philip Green .... when 3 days partying isn't enough!

3. Simon Cowell .... allowed a shark to his 50th!

4. Oprah Winfrey and Bob Veloz .... in the red!

5. Perez Hilton’s .... it's carnival time!

6. Harry Styles .... stripping off for his party!

7. Michelle Obama .... White House welcomes icons!

8. Beyonce’s Moms - masquerades turning 60!

As the arrived, there was a marching band to greet them, very over the top and only outdone by the 9-tier birthday cake!  Cost was $100,000.

9. Howard Stern .... celebrity hotspot!

10. Florence Welch ...dirty martinis and black walls!

11. Miley Cyrus .... a naked cake!

13. Katy Perry ... chocolate and candy overload!

16. Sean 'Diddy' Combs .... will $3 million cover it?

'Alice In Wonderland' was the first choice for Kylie Jenner when she was looking for an unusual theme for her 16th birthday party.   Everyone dressed up as characters from the book, including guests Willow and Jaden, daughter and son of Will Smith.   The photos of the 'do' were out of this world!

20. Hugh Hefner .... here's looking at you, kid!

21. Justin Bieber .... rents private island!

22. Kris Jenner .... in search of the American dream!

23. Naomi Campbell .... can we do Cannes?

24. Lindsay Lohan .... sponsored to throw a party!

27. Kanye West .... bash in the Bahamas!

Kim Kardashian flew her then husband, Kanye West, to the Bahamas to celebrate his 40th birthday.  The pair flew their entire family and friends, along with their children, North and Saint.  So as not to be late, they all arrived a week before the big day and managed to kill some time!

28. Miley Cyrus .... phallic theme!
