1. Christine Quinn - $1.5 million
imagesource: people
The self-proclaimed villain of the show was sorely missed in this new season of Selling Sunset. She's left a giant sized Christine hole in all of our hearts - she was TV gold. But how much is she actually worth? Thanks to her many sponsorship deals, shoe collections with Shoe Dazzle as well as what she earns from selling Hollywood homes, she is reportedly worth around $1.5 million alone. After marrying tech mogul Christian Richard - who's worth $20 million - she's probably got a lot more in the bank now as well.
2. Chrishell Stause - $5 million
imagesource: intouchweekly
Chrishell Stause started the show as the kind hearted, sweet soap star turned real estate agent who was married to the handsome Justin Hartley. But what most of us don't know is she's one of the richest real estate agents as well thanks to some of her very high commissions from her properties as well as what she earned throughout her acting career in Days Of Our Lives. Rumour has it that she can also charge the highest for sponsored Instagram posts, thanks to her 3.3 million followers and paid partnerships with Lipsy and Adobe.
3. Mary Fitzgerald - $1 million
imagesource:businessinsider
Mary Fitzgerald is a favorite amongst the Selling Sunset fan community. I mean, what's not to love? She's fair, she's kind and she's a bloody hard worker! After being a part of the Oppenheim group for 15 years and being besties with one of the owners - Jason, it's safe to say that Mary has cemented herself into the 'family'. Thanks to her hard work, she's worth $1 million but after going into business with her husband, Romain, she could be worth more due to them flipping houses together which makes them a quick profit.
4. Chelsea Lazkani - $500,000
imagesource: usweekly
The new Brit on the block walked on to our TV screens last season, quickly becoming besties with villain Christine Quinn. The pair were both as stylish and extra as each other making them a match made in TV heaven. According to Express, Chelsea's net worth is around half a million dollars and before becoming a real estate agent, Chelsea worked as a business strategist and solar analyst with companies in the oil and gas industry. She then went to work for Rodeo Realty before getting involved with the Oppenheim brothers.
5. Heather El Moussa - $3 million
imagesource: E!online
Heather started the show off being one of Christine's friends before U-turning and becoming close to Christine's nemesis, Chrishell. The Sun reported Heather's net worth to be around $3 million down to her real estate commissions. Between season one and three, Heather sold houses totalling in $11,914,000 and took home and estimated $281,677. The hopeless romantic finally found love with Tarek El-Moussa who is apparently worth around $15 million from his businesses and flipping houses. They now have a baby together... cute!
6. Maya Vander - $1 million
imagesource: toofab
Gorgeous Maya, like Mary, has always been a fan favorite and although she never shared too much of her life with us due to her husband and children living on the other side of the country we still grew to love her. The Israeli real estate agent actually works two jobs, one at The Oppenheim Group in LA and one at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miami. She splits her time between selling properties in both bougie locations. Impressive really when you think about it, most of us struggle doing a 9-5 office job up the road!
7. Amanza Smith - $1 million
imagesource: pagesix
Stylish Amanza was introduced onto the show in season three as Mary's best friend. The pair have been friends almost as long as Mary and Jason and before gaining her real estate license and joining The Oppenheim Group, Amanza worked as an Interior designer and stager (someone who would get homes ready to be sold). She also worked as a model before joining the cast. She quickly became a fan favorite with her no nonsense attitude and like her bestie Mary, Amanza has worked hard to become the person she is for her children.
8. Davina Potratz - $2 million
imagesource: life&style
Davina was one of those, you either loved her or hated her, but it's safe to say she's definitely tried to turn things around for herself in more recent seasons. Before becoming a real estate agent for The Oppenheim Group, she worked in journalism and sales ad reportedly has a net worth of around $2 million. Since joining the group in 2018 as Director of New Development/Broker Associate she's done her fair share of big sales, but can you imagine what her net worth would be if she had managed to sell that $75 million listing.
9. Emma Hernan - $3 million
imagesource: thepatriotledger
Emma joined the Oppenheim Group in 2018, despite only joining Selling Sunset in season four as Christine Quinn's other nemesis. She was already an extremely successful businesswoman when we were introduced to her, thanks to her 'vegan empanada' business, Emma Leigh & Co, which sells plant-based frozen foods. Emma has also been modelling for years and has over 2 million Instagram followers, so it comes as no surprise that she's worth $3 million. One of my favorite girls... who's yours?
10. Jason & Brett Oppenheim - $50 million each
imagesource: glamour
According to Bustle, Jason and Brett Oppenheim are worth around $50 million each. WOW. Jason Oppenheim joined his great-great-grandfather's firm, Stern Realty Co. and rebranded it as The Oppenheim Group before his twin, Brett joined. The pair became extremely successful and wealthy and have a long list of famous clients that they've worked with over long before Selling Sunset was even a thing. Not only have they made it, but they've become even richer since the show started. Now I see why all the ladies have the hots for them!
11. Bre Tiesi - $300,000 to $6 million
imagesource: people
The Oppenheim Group newbie, Bre Tiesi is supposed to be worth around between $300,000 to $6 million, which is quite a significant difference. Before becoming a real estate agent, she worked as a model before switching to the field full time in 2021. When speaking to Marie Claire, she talked about how busy her life was. "I had being a mom, I had actual real estate, I had the show, and then you have everything else outside of that for jobs, social media and everything else that comes with that, investments. There were a lot of hats I was wearing this year. It was interesting."
12. Vanessa Villela - $5 millon
imagesource: rottentomatoes
Mexican beauty, Vanessa Villela is worth around $5 million due to her success in real estate and her work as an actress on Mexican TV shows. Vanessa left Selling Sunset to join their rival company, The Agency, where her career started. "I am super excited to be back at The Agency," she told People. "It's where my career started so it feels extremely good to be back. It feels like home. I am surrounded by incredible top agents — successful and collaborative people who work like a family. I know that I'm in the right place."
13. Nicole Young - $3 million
imagesource: people
According to Ranker, the Oppenheim newbie is estimated to be wroth around $3 million. After joining the cast in season six - with a bang may we add - Nicole has made a bit of a name for herself mainly down to Chrishell's aggressive accusations that Nicole likes to party a little too much, if you know what I mean. Nicole and Chrishell's bank-and-forth bickering the entire season was the main entertainment, now the Christine isn't a part of the show we needed a new villain to take her place didn't we!
14. Romain Bonnet - $500,000
imagesource: decider
Frenchman Romain Bonnet has been a part of the show since the very beginning and is one of the most featured husbands in the Selling Sunset universe, though Jeff Lazkani is working his way up there pretty fast. Romain's storyline has been centered around his career, as well as his relationship with Mary. When he came to America he worked as a baker, however, he quickly got involved in his wife's career and has since gone into the construction business and flipping homes with Mary giving him an estimated net worth of around $500,000.
15. Tarek El-Moussa - $15 million
imagesource: refinery29
"We're best friends, we're true soulmates, and our love is so rare and so special," Heather told PEOPLE exclusively. "It's the love I've always dreamed of my whole life." The pair wed in 2021 in a Newport Beach marriage and less than a year later, Heather fell pregnant with their first child together. Tarek is a very successful businessman and has a long history of flipping houses - he even had a show about it with his ex-wife, Christina (awkward!) Their shared love for real estate has definitely bought the pair closer.
16. Jeff Lazkani - $500,000
imagesource: people
"Hubby and I are so busy during the weekdays, but no matter what, we always make sure to dedicate evenings to family time, and there's no greater reward after a long day of work than melting away with our little loves," Chelsea wrote alongside a family photo on Instagram. Jeff is the managing partner for Icon Media Group, an advertising agency founded by his mother - he literally grew up in this line of work which was formed in 2000. I'm sure the telent will be passed down to their two lovely children!
17. Marie-Lou Nurk - $600,000
imagesource: people
When talking about his relationship with Nurk, Jason said, "It's a very relaxed relationship, so yeah, I think it can be expected that people will see this relationship, as well." Nurk wrote on her story recently, "The truth is, we both knew from the beginning that I would have to move back because of my job, friends, and family being here, long distance relationships can be tough, but we're both committed to making it work. We make sure to communicate regularly and make time for each other despite the distance."
18. Nick Cannon - $50 million
imagesource: page six
Bre and Nick Cannon have had an on-off relationship since meeting over 10 years ago. "I just respect and love who he is so much as a person," she told E! Online Daily Pop in March 2022 of Cannon, "I thought about, 'Do I want my son to be this person? Look at your characteristics, look at your personality, look at how you treat people.'" The pair have since split after Nick got someone else pregnant and hadn't told Bre. What do you think of their relationship, yay or nay? Either way, as long as they're happy, that's all that matters.
19. G-Flip - $7 million
imagesource: people
"I'm very fortunate to have her in my life," G Flip said of Stause on the PEOPLE Every Day podcast in May 2022. "We both feel like we'll be in each other's life forever. We have like a very strong connection that you don't find every day." After tying the knot in a Las Vegas wedding in front of an Elvis impersonator a source told PEOPLE, "They found love together in an unexpected place but nothing has ever felt more real to them." G-Flip is an Aussie musician, of which we see much of their talent on the show.
20. Facts About Selling Sunset
imagesource: planetstudio
After six seasons of Selling Sunset, fans across the globe still don't know everything there is to know about the show and the people who work at The Oppenheim Group. Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Davina Potratz, Heather Rae El Moussa and Amanza Smith all returned to the show this season along with some other faces, but as we all binged the series we've found some facts about the show that may shock us even more than Chrishell's outburst at Nicole. 21. The Oppenheim Group actually has 17 agents
imagesource: TIME
Although we've only seen Mary, Davina, Maya, Heather, Emma, Nicole, Bre, Amanza and Chelsea, there are a few other faces behind the scenes who also work for the Oppenheim brothers. Peter Cornell, Alice Kwan, Omar Abaza, Alexander Huerta, Romi Jordan Mouillon, Kane Lim, and Minoo Malek also work at the agency but they weren't featured on the show. Some of them weren't interested in appearing on it and others weren't asked to either. Emma actually joined the group in 2018 a while before she ever appeared on the show.
22. Jason sold Orlando Bloom's home
imagesource: womenshealth
He confessed in 2019: "My favourite guy that I worked with is Orlando Bloom. But that's why I'm selling his house right now because he's going to be a dad. So families and marriages are good for real estate." Jason is The Oppenheim Group's President and since joining his great-great-grandfather's business, he has worked with many famous faces, some of which he has really got along with. He's sold houses for the likes of Alex Rodriguez and Lea Black. So cool!
23. Chrishell was once engaged to Matthew Morrison
imagesource: people
Before marrying (then divorcing) actor Justin Hartley, Chrishell was actually engaged to Glee star Matthew Morrison. The couple met in 2006 and he proposed to her just a few months later. Unfortunately, things didn't work out for the pair who called time on their relationship in December 2007. She stated, “I’m thankful for where I am, as painful as some of my breakups may have been.” “I dated ‘Glee’ actor Matthew Morrison in my mid-20s, and we fell in love and got engaged. I didn’t fully understand what a healthy, solid relationship looked like, even though, of course, I thought I did.”
24. Christine didn't actually meet her husband selling a house
imagesource: people
When Christian was introduced to us in season two, we were led to believe that the pair met when Christine sold him a house. But it turns out that the pair actually met through mutual friends. How very ordinary! During an interview on This Morning with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, she said: "Well actually, that was amped up a little, I'm not going to lie. I actually met him through a girlfriend of mine, but Mary spun this story that he was a client. We were dating for three months and then we bought a house together, but television is fun."
25. Chrishell wasn't a part of The Oppenheim Group before Selling Sunset
imagesource: cosmopolitan
As one of the most valued and successful members of the group, Chrishell Stause only joined the real estate agency when she signed up to appear on the show. Selling Sunset creator Adam DiVello said at the time: "She really is a realtor and has a real estate license selling homes when we met her. "I think we were lucky to get her, I think she adds something that is very unique to Los Angeles, and we're doing a show about realtors in Los Angeles. The fact that we have one who's an actress and happens to be married to an actor who's on a very successful TV series is a plus."
26. Mary actually sold that house on her wedding day
imagesource: thesun
Many people didn't actually believe that Mary Fitzgerald sold that house on her wedding day but whilst getting her hair and makeup done on her big day, Mary took time out to show the buyers round. She later told People magazine: "I end up selling my wedding venue on my wedding day, which was amazing. I paused the wedding and sold it in the middle of getting ready. "Everyone thought I was out of my mind, but I told the seller when he allowed me to book it for the wedding venue that I won't let the wedding planning or doing it there get in the way of selling it!"
27. Emma Hernan qualified for the olympics
imagesource: US Weekly
Emma confessed in season five that she used to be a professional swimmer and specialised in backstroke. The ex-model took up the sport at the age of six and was so good that she even qualified for the olympics. Most people would assume she would have stuck to it since she was so good, but at the age of 16, she gave it all up to become a model. However, there are no records of Emma swimming professionally in the US so we're unsure if she just got a time that would have qualified for the Olympics.
28. The cast have to pay for their own hair, makeup and wardrobe
imagesource: WWD
In case you were wondering how these girls afforded their lifestyles, well it's all down to their hard work. You will have noticed just how extra and boujie these ladies are, they always look absolutely flawless, dripping head-to-toe in designer gear. But something you may not know is that they have to pay for all of this themselves. Chrishell and Emma have both said that when they're not filming, they don't make anywhere near as much effort with their hair and makeup or even bother wearing heels in the office.
29. Chrishell and Christine used to be friends
imagesource: IMDb
Despite their feud, Chrishell Stause and Christine Quinn actually used to be friends - that was until producers pitted them against each other and then it all went down hill from there. Christine once said: "They wanted us to clash obviously and at first, we didn't. We got along great. We were friends. She was at my house. We were drinking, having a good time. I was getting to know her and the storylines came into play. We thought that we were good at separating things." The pair clashed from the beginning in the show, but things really went down hill after season one ended.
30. Romain used to be a pastry chef
imagesource: distractify
Although he's worth quite a bit of money now, French model, Romain Bonnett started out working as a pastry chef. Romain and Mary tied the knot in season two of Selling Sunset and have since grown massively together. Back in 2019, he wrote on Instagram, 'Since so many asked me if it was true that I was a pastry chef, here is some of the pasty I used to make. YES IT WAS TRUE !!! . The pair met when Mary was sent to pick him up at the airport for a job he was doing for Jason and Brett. How romantic!
