Don't you just hate it when you get to a party full of strangers and everyone is going around saying what their unique and weird party tricks are, while you don't have one! Well, not to worry, because we've got you completely covered. First up, is the tongue roll, in two different variations. Firstly, we've got the roll in this photo, and there's always that one guy who thinks he's the only person in the world who can do it. If you really want to impress them, try roll your Rs instead for a really long time.

Hitting the bulls-eye of a dartboard

Into darts? No? Well, you better get practicing. One thing people love to see is people who are good at any type of sports, and darts is one of them. Buy a dart board and tighten up on your dart skills at home and try and perfect that insane bullseye shot. Want to impress your party-goers even more? Try and get another one or two darts in the same bullseye straight after. You never know, you might even get scouted by some world famous darts player to make you professional. (Doubtful, but we can always hope!).

Juggling, of course!

Let's be honest, we've all seen people that can juggle and just admire the skill and talent that goes into it. Most of us have probably given it a go too to figure out that it's not quite as easy as it looks, so don't be fooled. This is definitely one of the tricks that will get your fellow party people in awe. Just make sure you don't juggle anything dangerous! One of the tips that is suggested is not to choose bouncy balls as your chosen juggling instruments - opt for a normal ball or bean bags if you can.

Reciting the alphabet backwards

This one can be kinda impressive if you ask me, and it probably doesn't take that long to remember either! All you need to do is practice speaking the alphabet backwards repeatedly over a course of time and I'm sure your brain will start to remember the pattern. I mean, don't come complaining though if your brain has now started to forget the alphabet going forwards. It's a decent party trick that probably most can get under their belt to show off to friends (and strangers) at their next party event.

Naming all the US states

This one is probably more impressive for those that live out of the States, but also isn't too bad for those that live in the US. Reeling off a list of all the states is one thing, but you can easily turn up the notch on this one to really impress your guests. Try your hand at remembering the name of all the states and also where they all are on the map too! Now, if you wanna go real extra, then trying to draw the map by hand straight from memory might just be the cherry on the cake for your friends.

Doing great bird calls

This isn't one that you'll see commonly among friends so if you wanna really surprise people at the next party you go to, then this is the trick for you. If you don't yet know how to do bird calls, then head to YouTube to see if you can find a decent tutorial on how to move your mouth and tongue so that you might sound like a bird calling for a mate. Be sure to choose a decent bird too, not many people wanna hear the mating call of a pigeon! Trust me, all your friends will be impressed after this one.

Performing a top-notch robot

You know the one, the drinks are flowing nicely at the party, the music is being blasted out and everyone has moved over to the dance floor to show off their awesome moves. Now, how do you stand out from the rest of the crowd? That's easy, start performing the robot dance moves! Nobody will see it coming and if you're really good at it, it'll definitely put them in surprise, amazement and jealousy. Calling all those who are double-jointed!

This is one of them ones that either really surprises people or really disgusts them! The only thing is, the chances of being double-jointed are 1 in 5. So realistically, if you're at a party with 20 people, the liklihood is that there's gonna be three others that have the same trick as you. Nonetheless, showing off your double-jointed bones will shock and scare most people. You can have double-jointed fingers, thumbs, elbows and even knees! If you're not double-jointed, then I'm afraid this isn't one you can learn!

Guessing the number someone is thinking of

This is really one for the ages! Convince your friends that you're a magician by tricking them and making them believe you've guessed their number. Obviously, you're not magic, and you never guessed their number, you only tricked them into believing that you did. While this one might take a bit of practice, it will 100% get people's eyes opening wide at your parties. Performing a card-based magic trick

Another magician type trick is basically any trick where you can guess the card that your friend had pulled out. This one might not be as easy to perform at a party. Firstly, you will need to take a pack of cards with you everywhere you go. Secondly, the cards can be quite fiddly, so the trick is easy to mess up. And finally, every single person at the party will have their eyes on you, so if they see any kind of slight of the hand, they're gonna call you out for it! Make sure you've got this one perfected before showing anyone.

Touching the tip of your nose with your tongue

Are you one of those people that can touch the tip of their nose with their enormous tongue? Good! That means that you can show off your trick to all your friends at the next party. Although, this trick won't be quite as rare as some of the others on this list unfortunately. Approximately 34% of the population, or a third, can actually touch their nose with their tongue. But don't be too disappointed, it's still better than having no party trick whatsoever and I'm sure your friends will all be aghast.

If you're one of the lucky (and rather flexible) ones that can perform this trick, make sure you show it off to the fullest extent at your next party. Doing the most keepie-uppies with a soccer ball

How many keepie-uppies can you do at once? Well, while you might think that you're one of the world's best at it, you'll be surprised that the world record is held by a boy in China and he managed an astounding 8,147 times in the space of one hour! But don't worry, nobody's gonna be watching your party trick for that long, maybe the best part of five minutes so make sure you can do as many as you can in that time. If you want to turn it up a notch, try practicing with other objects too, like toilet paper.

Flipping a stack of beer coasters

You might have seen some pros perform this one before, where they stack beer coasters up on the side of the table, flip them and manage to somehow catch them all! The art to this one is just practice, practice, practice. Firstly, you wanna line all of the coasters up in a pile on a square table, so the edge of the pile is hanging over the table's edge. Next, you need to flip the beer mats vertically with the back of your hand in and upward moment. Lastly, you need to catch all beer mats with your hand!

Getting your legs behind your head

This one is for all you flexible folk out there. So you already saw touching your nose with your toe, but how about managed to get both legs all the way behind your head. Realistically, some people are built for it, and some people just aren't. But the real way to test whether or not this is something you can do is by stretching and doing yoga to get the best flexibility you can. Then, once you've perfected this particular move, you can head on down to any party and surprise (or disgust) everyone there.

Performing a trick shot on the pool table

If you've headed out to a bar with some friends then the likelihood is that there's some form of pool or snooker table there. Use this as the perfect opportunity to show off some of your made cue skills. Firstly, they won't just be impressed by you potting a ball, so you're gonna need to work a bit harder than that. Have a practice somewhere before you go and practice some cool and exciting trick shots. That way, your friends will all be surprised when you start smashing the balls in every way imaginable!

Lighting a match with just your thumb

If you happen to carry around a box of matches then you're in luck - we have just the right party trick for you to be showing off to all your friends and all you need is a match and your thumbnail! It's relatively simple, but should be exercised with caution as whenever there's fire involved we know that things can get a little bit heated. All you need to do is take the match and scratch the tip of it along your fingernail, as you would with the side of the matchbox. Voila, there's a nicely-lit match for your friends to look amazed at.

I think we'd all be pretty amazed if someone was to draw an impeccable circle like this one without any instruments to help! Why not let this be your next party trick? I mean, you would ideally need a pen and paper nearby to help you out, but there's not much preparation involved. However, we would suggest that you spend some time perfecting your circles. It might take a few attempts to get a circle this good! After all, you don't want to claim you can do it for it to end up looking awful and your friends looking on with second-hand embarrassment.

I'm pretty sure we've all been tricked by magic tricks in the past where the magician has pretended to make the coin disappear and the find it behind our ears. An absolute classic! Well, now you can even perform it to your friends if you wanted. We would suggest that you first look at some YouTube tutorials (or TikTok) to brush up on your magician skills. After all, it takes some of them years to perfect their tricks.

Isolating your peck muscles

Do you fancy yourself a bit of a buff guy (or gal)? Well, then you might be in luck. Everyone loves someone who can isolate their peck muscles and twitch them individually. Plus, if you're taking your top off at the club and have a decent body, you just might get some girls coming over and wanting your number - so it's a win-win. This one isn't a trick that everyone can do though, it's probably only those who've managed to build up some muscle in their chest. Maybe take a look at a YouTube tutorial on how to perfect the art.

Opening a beer bottle with your teeth (ouch!)

Okay, so this is probably not one we'd suggest doing, unless you want a visit to the dentist! But still, some people love to show off their bottle opening skills with their teeth, it just sounds painful to me! It's safe to say that if you performed this trick in front of all your friends then they'll be stood in shock, amazement and disgust as they see you rip open a beer bottle lid with only your pearly whites. Probably not the best party trick you can work on in this list, but still a popular one nonetheless.

Showing off your worm dance skills

We all know that one guy that just loves to get on his front and perform the worm at any given opportunity - well that guy or girl might just be you next! Wiggling your ears

This isn't one that can really be trained, but is more something that you either have or you don't. It's a relatively rare one this one, with only about 10-20% of the population having the ability to do so! So no doubt everyone will be shocked and amazed if you whipped this party trick out at the next get-together. It basically just entails the person being able to move both their ears without any help from their hands (or anybody else!). It's a great party trick that gets everyone trying it out.

Are you flexible enough to be able to perform the splits? Well, if so, then you're in luck! This could be the perfect party trick to show off at your next gathering with your mates because they just won't expect it. All it takes is some stretching and training and before you know it you'll be the best at spreading your legs like that! To top it all off, it would be so much better if you paired the splits with some legendary dance moves and eventually ended with your show-stopping splits. Take note!

Solving a Rubik's cube (helps if it's quick too!)

I feel like solving a Rubik's cube is a myth - I mean who is actually able to solve a Rubik's cube? If you can, then kudos to you! You have your next party trick in hand. Well, that all depends on if you've got a Rubik's cube nearby to perform on. Don't be too slow trying to solve it though. The amazement and shock side comes from how quickly you can solve the Rubik's cube, so definitely brush up on your skills before performing this trick in front of your friends. You don't want to be embarrassed if you can't finish it!

Peeling an orange all in one piece

I mean, this is pretty impressive if you're the sort of person that can do this. For me, when I peel an orange, the skin will come off in all sorts of different shapes and sizes! It looks like it's been ravaged. However, if you're someone that can peel it all in one piece, without any rogue bits, then this is definitely a trick to show off to friends at your next party. Now all you'll need to do is find an orange nearby for you to perform your trick on! Unless you take one with you of course!

Have you ever tried balancing a can on its side like the one pictured here? Well, it can be a great trick to show friends because it's not easy to pull off! It takes a lot of care, patience and skill to be able to balance your can in such a precarious way, but no doubt your friends will love this one and try to pull it off themselves. They'll be sad when they figure out it's only something you can do. A handy tip: make sure the can is empty before trying to attempt the party trick, it'll be a whole lot easier if you do!

Celebrating an occasion but you wanna show off your mad skills at the same time? Well, we definitely have you covered! Just grab the nearest knife to you (with caution obviously, should not be handled under the influence of alcohol) and swipe that cork straight from the bottle. This trick can definitely go wrong though so you might want to make sure that you've got the art perfected before you try and show off your skills to your friends. After all, you don't want a broken champagne bottle when celebrating an occasion!

Wolf whistling is a type of whistle that's been used for not-so-great purposes in the past. The actual ability to perform a wolf whistle is pretty impressive, I know I can't do it! Those who can just stick their fingers in their mouth and manage to whistle so loudly are definitely talented in their field. I wouldn't suggest going out and performing this one in the street though - wolf whistling at a woman in the road can land you in some hot water. Some are even calling for a two-year prison sentence for the offence!
