1. Drake - Manor House In Toronto

Drake is well known for his luxurious properties and the wealthy music man owns several in different locations but mainly Toronto and L.A.  He likes to name them and "The Embassy" in Toronto is a mix of old world craftsmanship such as bronze and limestone.  It has too many bedrooms and bathrooms to count as well as a huge swimming pool and basketball court.

2. Oprah Winfrey - Historic Spanish Revival Home

Oprah's home is worth around $100 million and has a Spanish farmhouse feel to it.  It's secluded between the huge gardens and many trees.  The house has been equipped with a professional kitchen which her private chef uses.  Besides the main house there is a guest house, a carriage house, a pool house and stables for her four horses.  The floor to ceiling windows give out maximum sunlight

3. Aston Kutcher and Mila Kunis - L.A. Farmhouse

Mila Kunis insisted that the main house she shares with husband Ashton Kutcher was to be a home and not an estate.  She turned the inter-connected main house and barn into a guest house.  It boast a barbecue pavilion and entertainment area and the whole project to create their perfect home took five years.  It is built on six acres of land and produces its own power.

Simon Cowell has homes all over the world but spends little time in most of them.  That's why he decided to sell some of them off.  He has cut down his work schedule drastically and prefers to be based in the UK.  This is one of the more low key rooms in his house in Belsize Park, London, worth $29 million.  The security system alone cost him almost $1 million as there have been a few attempted break ins.

Jennifer Aniston is a fan of vintage furniture and her living room was designed by Stephen Shadley.  This Los Angeles property is glamorous yet warm and cosy, being inviting to any guests.  I suppose the hand painted wallpaper is rather extravagant but the "Friends" actress knew the only way to get what she wanted, to enhance her home, was to have it made especially for her.

This unique house is fairly minimalistic yet manages to look very chic.  Its owner, Adam Levine, is a fan of boucle, as you can see from the image.  His living room enjoys the almost floor level tables, very naturalistic.  Every single room in his house has been designed so they are all used.  It's not a case of the door is closed and only opens at Christmas when there's a house full of people.

7. Denzel Washington - Beverly Hills Mega Mansion

Actor Denzel Washington has awards coming out of his ears and he is continually snapped by the paps when he's out.  Just as well he can relax in his 2.3 acre Beverley Hills home.  It has 8 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, so almost two per person!  Denzel purchased the house in the Beverley Park area from a former Disney executive and paid $14.6 million for it.

8. Alicia Keys and Swiss Beatz' - Crazy Razor House Mansion

This residence was designed to make the most of the ocean views from all areas of the house.  Carefully perched on top of a cliff, this gives a monumental air to Alicia Keys'  luxury abode.  Her house is 11,545 square feet of pure white concrete, stainless steel,  walnut, stone and glass.  There are amazing rooftop terraces and an underground garage.  Certainly has the wow factor.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend were adamant they wanted to draw inspiration from her Asian heritage.  This was accomplished by the hand carved Asian ceiling and the underlying Asian tone right through their Beverley Hills home.  Part of the couple's inspiration came from their close friend Ellen DeGeneres' home that she shares with her wife Portia.

Roger Federer is one of the most successful tennis players ever and he has earned millions of pounds over the years up to his retirement last year.  He and his family live in a $6.5 million mansion close to Lake Zurich.  It's a three storey property made almost entirely of glass.   Besides the main house, there are two additional apartments in the grounds for Roger's parents.
