1. Feeling completely unmotivated

Sometimes you get to the point where you just completely lack motivation. You can't be bothered with anything and you just lack the drive to do the ordinary things, never mind motivate yourself towards big things. This is a sign that you need a fresh start and a clean slate. Wipe away the past and have a fresh future and you may find that you have a completely refreshed motivation.

We all go through phases of boredom. We might be in the midst of a boring stint at work, or in your social life, or just in how you feel. It's completely normal to have these phases but if you feel bored day after day, something has to change! You need a fresh start to reignite your passion and energy because you have clearly fallen out of love with many aspects of your life as they currently stand.

Have you ever experienced that feeling of feeling trapped? Perhaps by your everyday life, as though you can't escape it and you can't get off the hamster wheel. You're trapped by duty and work and responsibility. Now sometimes it takes a fresh start. Things like this of course are always going to cross our mind occasionally because we compare ourselves to unrealistic standards of social media which create a false illusion. But if you're always comparing it's because you're not fully happy in your life right now!

A fresh start may be just what you need when you're facing frequent conflict with people in your life. If the problems are arising mainly from your side it may be because you're not feeling happy in yourself. A fresh start can give you a new perspective and help you assess what is good for you and your life and it may take off pressure and strain from your relationships.

Avoiding social interactions is a common reaction to feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or despondent. A fresh start may help you, it may help you feel like you can be yourself again. Sometimes we lose physical energy when we feel unmotivated and we become lethargic because we're fed up with things as the way they currently are. Some people love structure and routine and some people will struggle because they hate monotony. Routine can get some people down and sometimes it requires big changes and a whole new fresh start to be able to step out of that routine.

Everyone has those jobs that they hate doing so they put it off and off and procrastinate until it has to be done. If you're procrastinating something it means you don't want to do it. And of course, we can't love everything in life (no one wants to put the garbage out) but on the whole, we shouldn't hate what we do!

When we haven't forgiven something or someone it's because we're not over it and our heart is still wrapped up in the hurt and our head is still dwelling on what happened. As soon as you find forgiveness you are more free. Sometimes when we can't forgive we need a fresh start in many aspects to help us let go of multiple things.

And sometimes we feel this way when we need a fresh start because we need something new or a new way of life to inspire us to make an effort again and get us feeling our old selves again when we may have lost them along the way.
