Court documents filed in the New York Suffolk County Supreme Court revealed a judgment of divorce was entered on June 12, with the case marked as "Disposed" once documents were uploaded on June 23.

According to the Daily Mail, Furness filed for divorce on May 23, 2025, and all matters were settled privately — a clean break, on paper at least.

In a May 28, 2025, statement shared with the Daily Mail, the 69-year-old actress laid bare her emotions.
