Hailey Bieber Admits Getting Botox

The entrepreneur shared the cosmetic treatments she's tried, offering a rare glimpse into her beauty routine.

Hailey Bieber has opened up about getting Botox. The 28-year-old model appeared on Owen Thiele's "In Your Dreams" podcast, where she spoke candidly about the beauty procedures she's chosen — and the ones she's decided to avoid.

During the conversation, Bieber shared that she has had the aesthetic procedure done. She clarified, "I don't have any Botox except for in my jaw for TMJ, but I have no Botox in my face."

Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) is a condition that affects the joints and muscles around the jaw, often causing pain and difficulty with movement.

Bieber also explained, "I made a commitment to myself that I wasn't going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s. When I get there, I'll see if I even want to do it."

While she hasn't embraced Botox for her face, Bieber revealed that she's a fan of other non-surgical treatments that use the body's own natural materials. Among her favorites is platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy.

"So I love PRP, which is when they take your blood from your arm and they spin it. I love doing PRP with microneedling. I've talked about that a lot," she noted.

Bieber also mentioned that she enjoys platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) injections, often referred to as EZ Gel. "They take your blood — but it's called EZ Gel — and basically they heat it and then they cool it, and it kind of makes your blood a gel consistency," the entrepreneur clarified.

She continued, "And then you inject it. So I've done that, which I loved. I've injected my smile lines. I've injected it under my eyes."

Bieber said she appreciates this procedure because it uses material derived from her own body, which makes her feel comfortable and confident about the process.

In addition to PRP and PRF, Hailey Bieber noted that she occasionally opts for mild laser treatments to maintain her skin but keeps her overall approach to cosmetic procedures minimal.

She said she typically undergoes PRF injections a couple of times a year, emphasizing her preference for subtle, natural enhancements rather than dramatic alterations.

Earlier this month, all eyes were on Bieber at a high-profile Los Angeles event. However, it wasn't her fame or beauty that left the internet gasping; it was the baffling construction of her designer gown.

Bieber turned heads at the 5th Annual Academy Museum Gala on October 18, 2025, wearing a daring piece from Schiaparelli Couture's Spring 2025 collection. Known for bold fashion choices, Bieber certainly didn't disappoint, but this time, her outfit sparked more confusion than applause.

Bieber walked the gray carpet in a strapless gown crafted from rich brown silk moire. This fabric rippled thanks to a swirling, wood-grain-like pattern that seemingly swayed along with her movements. The bodice was structured in a sharply defined corset cut, sculpting her chest.

But the real conversation starter was her waist, cinched dramatically with a beige silk moire panel that resembled a vintage waist trainer or girdle, creating an hourglass silhouette.

The contrasting color and material had a jarring effect, almost as if shapewear had been layered on top of the gown rather than being part of it. It hugged her torso extremely tight, drawing the eye straight to her midsection.

Just below that abrupt waist trainer, the brown moire resumed in a fluid drape, gathered to her left hip with a crystal-studded brooch. The rest of the fabric then cascaded into a straight skirt that featured a sky-high slit, revealing her toned leg.

This bold choice seems to have sparked criticism online, with one person on X describing the look as "a sad tree or 90s sofa."

Fortunately, not all the reactions were mocking. Some followers found the look gorgeous, even visionary. One person wrote on X, "Gorgeous 😍," and another on Instagram added, "She looks beautiful, nice warm color!" Someone else gushed, "I was stunned when I saw this photo."

Vogue's TikTok also posted an exciting comparison clip, featuring the original runway model who wore the ensemble when it was debuted and Bieber's gray carpet appearance.

As with most fashion risks, Bieber's gown ignited an interesting but polarizing discussion online. Whether the design is genius or plain confusing, one thing's for sure: Nobody could look away.
