People Discuss Donald Trump’s Reaction to a Man Collapsing in the Oval Office During a Recent Press Conference
What began as a routine announcement in the Oval Office quickly spiraled into chaos and confusion when a man collapsed mid-event. President Donald Trump's reaction, or lack thereof, has left the internet fuming.
A press conference in the Oval Office was suddenly cut short on Thursday, November 6, 2025, after a pharmaceutical executive collapsed without warning during President Donald Trump's announcement of a federal drug pricing agreement.

The incident occurred as Trump sat at the Resolute Desk, flanked by top executives from Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk, gathered to introduce a plan to lower the cost and expand access to the popular weight-loss medications Zepbound and Wegovy.

The executive who collapsed was later identified as Gordon Findlay, global brand director at Novo Nordisk. While Eli Lilly CEO David Ricks was delivering remarks, Findlay began to stagger visibly, prompting Ricks to pause immediately and turn toward him, calling out, "Are you okay? Gordon, are you okay?"

As Ricks spoke, Dr. Mehmet Oz and a few others quickly rushed toward Findlay, surrounding and supporting him as he wavered. While they were holding him upright, Findlay collapsed in their arms and was carefully laid on the ground. Members of the press were then escorted out of the room.
