Prince Andrew Faces Fresh Fallout as Staff Are Allegedly Allowed to Decline Service – Details
The disgraced former Duke of York is facing a full-blown staff rebellion as scandal once again swirls around him — and this time, he may have no one left to clean up the mess.
After years of dodging public appearances and weathering royal disgrace, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has quietly exited Windsor's Royal Lodge. But it's not just the press that's trailing him — it's a fresh wave of disturbing Epstein allegations, and now, even his staff have had enough.

The 65-year-old was reportedly seen slipping away from Royal Lodge under the veil of night, after more than two decades living in the 30-room mansion. Sources say removal vans were spotted on Wednesday, but Mountbatten-Windsor himself was nowhere to be seen.
Once a senior royal, now a pariah in exile, Mountbatten-Windsor has landed at Wood Farm, a modest cottage on the Sandringham Estate. He is expected to stay there until his next bolthole — Marsh Farm manor — is ready in April.
But insiders claim that even this temporary retreat has turned into a nightmare.

In a stunning twist, palace staff have reportedly been given a choice: serve Mountbatten-Windsor — or don't. And many have already declined.
"They've been told they don't have to serve Andrew or work for him if they feel uncomfortable," a source told The Sun. "There is already quite a list saying no thanks. There is understandably a lot of disquiet as he is now a total pariah."

The insider added a chilling warning, "But there is also a worry that once he gets comfortable at Wood Farm while Marsh Farm is being finished, they will never get him out again."
The dramatic revolt comes hot on the heels of a newly released letter from the Epstein files, which alleges Mountbatten-Windsor once propositioned an erotic dancer for a threesome at Epstein's Florida mansion.

As news of the rebellion spread, royal watchers flooded social media with a mixture of mockery, scorn, and grim satisfaction.
"Serve himself," one netizen sneered. "Those days are over, Randy Andy," another posted, attaching a biting GIF of robot hands grooming a child. "What a mess," a third wrote. "Oh it just gets better and better 🤣," someone else added with glee.
But even those who expressed sympathy couldn't help but deliver a backhanded blow.
"My heart bleeds for him. First he found it a hardship to move into a 5 bedroomed house with stables for his horses, which many would love to do, now he can't get staff to serve him. He will have to do as the rest of us do — wash our own dishes. So entitled," one commenter wrote bitterly.

What was meant to be a quiet retreat has turned into a media circus. The usually sleepy village near Wood Farm has been overrun by TV crews, photographers, and even a helicopter, with the area now under constant surveillance.
Local residents have had enough.
"I think if he has to come and live here, it should be somewhere that's quite secluded," one woman told Metro UK. "There are houses that belong to the King that he could go to that wouldn't cause anybody any bother. The press are all down there. The villagers don't like that."
Speaking to ITV News, another neighbour didn't hold back, "I'm not a royalist, so you know, I'm not a fan anyway. But I'm fed up with hearing about him."
One woman was more indifferent, saying, "It doesn't make any difference to us. I mean, he's out in a tidy corner — it's probably the right thing to do."
And a third local added, "I don't think we'll ever see him here, to be honest. We leave the royals alone."

Thames Valley Police have now confirmed they are "assessing information" related to a new woman who was allegedly trafficked to Mountbatten-Windsor at Royal Lodge in 2010.
Brad Edwards, the lawyer who once represented Virginia Giuffre, revealed the woman — who is not British — was in her twenties at the time and had been given a tour of Buckingham Palace after the alleged incident.

"We are aware of reports about a woman said to have been taken to an address in Windsor in 2010 for sexual purposes," a Thames Valley Police spokesman said. "We are assessing the information in line with our established procedures."
They also added, "At this time, these allegations have not been reported to Thames Valley Police by either the lawyer or their client."

Giuffre, the most high-profile of Epstein's trafficking victims, accused Mountbatten-Windsor of assaulting her three times when she was just 17. Though he denied the claims, he ultimately settled out of court in 2022, paying her an undisclosed sum.
Giuffre was found dead in her Australian home on 25 April 2025.
