Sharon Osbourne, 73, has relisted the Hancock Park mansion she shared with her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne, at $17 million — approximately £12.7 million — months after his passing in July 2025.

The Mediterranean-style estate sits roughly five miles from downtown Los Angeles on half an acre of land, with the main home spanning 10,200 square feet and housing seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a home theatre, and a guesthouse.

Meanwhile, the outside, a loggia fitted with a fireplace imported from Europe, overlooks a pool finished entirely in hand-laid mosaic tile.

The Osbournes purchased the circa-1920s property in 2015 for $11.85 million — around £8.8 million — and spent several years overhauling it without sacrificing its early 20th-century character and architecture, according to listing agents Jonah Wilson and Josh Greer of Carolwood Estates.

In the home theatre, Elvis Presley's signature is still on the wall. It has been there for decades, alongside the names of Mel Tormé and Natalie Wood, preserved above a fireplace as though time agreed to stand still.

But the celebrity signatures above the theatre fireplace were not the Osbournes' addition. That tradition was begun by the home's previous owner, radio host Frank Bresee, and Ozzy and Sharon chose to leave it entirely undisturbed.

This is not the first time Sharon has tried to move on from the property. In July 2022, with the couple reportedly weighing a full-time return to their Buckinghamshire estate in England, the home came to market at $18 million — approximately £13.4 million.

However, the asking price was trimmed to $17.5 million — roughly £13.1 million — and the listing was then quietly withdrawn, with the permanent move to the UK never materialising.

Ozzy then passed away in July 2025, not long after his final concert in Birmingham, England, an evening that raised millions for organisations including Cure Parkinson's.

He had gone public with his Parkinson's disease diagnosis in 2020 and was later laid to rest at the family's Buckinghamshire estate. Sharon is currently dividing her time between Los Angeles and England, according to the listing agents, and her representative did not respond to a request for comment.

For context, the highest recorded sale in Hancock Park stands at $23 million — approximately £17.2 million — achieved last year, according to the listing agents.

Online, the listing has stirred strong feeling, and for those who grew up watching the family on television, the news carries a weight that a price tag cannot easily account for.

"Oh god that's the family home! I don't know how ppl can just sell something that has so much emotion attached to it [sic]," wrote one person, whilst another had a different vision for the property altogether, commenting, "Should be a museum of The Osbourne's [sic]."

The asking price quickly became its own conversation. "Worth way more just because it was Ozzy [sic] house," one fan declared plainly, and another was equally direct, typing, "It me or They priced it so low just to basically get rid of it [sic]."
