Sharon Osbourne, 73, Ignites Buzz with $17M Home Listing As Netizens Say Price Feels Low for a Legendary Property – Photos

From the grand entrance hall to the mosaic-tiled pool, the estate is as singular as the family who made it their home, and every room is waiting for you in the photos below.

Sharon Osbourne, 73, has relisted the Hancock Park mansion she shared with her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne, at $17 million — approximately £12.7 million — months after his passing in July 2025.

The Mediterranean-style estate sits roughly five miles from downtown Los Angeles on half an acre of land, with the main home spanning 10,200 square feet and housing seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a home theatre, and a guesthouse.

Meanwhile, the outside, a loggia fitted with a fireplace imported from Europe, overlooks a pool finished entirely in hand-laid mosaic tile.

The Osbournes purchased the circa-1920s property in 2015 for $11.85 million — around £8.8 million — and spent several years overhauling it without sacrificing its early 20th-century character and architecture, according to listing agents Jonah Wilson and Josh Greer of Carolwood Estates.

In the home theatre, Elvis Presley's signature is still on the wall. It has been there for decades, alongside the names of Mel Tormé and Natalie Wood, preserved above a fireplace as though time agreed to stand still.

But the celebrity signatures above the theatre fireplace were not the Osbournes' addition. That tradition was begun by the home's previous owner, radio host Frank Bresee, and Ozzy and Sharon chose to leave it entirely undisturbed.

This is not the first time Sharon has tried to move on from the property. In July 2022, with the couple reportedly weighing a full-time return to their Buckinghamshire estate in England, the home came to market at $18 million — approximately £13.4 million.

However, the asking price was trimmed to $17.5 million — roughly £13.1 million — and the listing was then quietly withdrawn, with the permanent move to the UK never materialising.

Ozzy then passed away in July 2025, not long after his final concert in Birmingham, England, an evening that raised millions for organisations including Cure Parkinson's.

He had gone public with his Parkinson's disease diagnosis in 2020 and was later laid to rest at the family's Buckinghamshire estate. Sharon is currently dividing her time between Los Angeles and England, according to the listing agents, and her representative did not respond to a request for comment.

For context, the highest recorded sale in Hancock Park stands at $23 million — approximately £17.2 million — achieved last year, according to the listing agents.

Online, the listing has stirred strong feeling, and for those who grew up watching the family on television, the news carries a weight that a price tag cannot easily account for.

"Oh god that's the family home! I don't know how ppl can just sell something that has so much emotion attached to it [sic]," wrote one person, whilst another had a different vision for the property altogether, commenting, "Should be a museum of The Osbourne's [sic]."

The asking price quickly became its own conversation. "Worth way more just because it was Ozzy [sic] house," one fan declared plainly, and another was equally direct, typing, "It me or They priced it so low just to basically get rid of it [sic]." A third shared the same view, adding, "Gosh I feel like that's a pretty low asking price."

However, not everyone was sentimental about it. "It is kind of a tacky place really. Sharon has a unique interior decorating taste no question," one commenter observed, whilst another wrapped up the whole conversation with humour, quipping, "Can't afford the knocker on the door😂."

At approximately £12.7 million for a Mediterranean estate with a decade of rock royalty history woven into its walls, the Hancock Park mansion is unlikely to sit on the market for long. Scroll down to see inside the iconic property for yourself.

The home, though, is only part of the story. Behind the listing lies a grief that Sharon has carried largely in public view — and nowhere was that more apparent than on Valentine's Day this year.

February 14 carried a different weight for Sharon this year. For the first time in more than four decades, the 73-year-old spent Valentine's Day without Ozzy— the man she married in 1982 and repeatedly described as her soulmate.

Rather than issue a lengthy statement, she chose a single image to mark the occasion. Posted to Instagram, the photograph showed Sharon's hand gently clasping Ozzy's. His wedding band glinted under soft light as his tattooed hand rested beneath hers.

The frame was intimate and tightly cropped. No faces, no setting — just connection. She captioned it, "Forever Valentine," followed by an infinity symbol.

The response online was emotional as well as supportive. "This love will never end… Ozzy for ever [sic]🫶🏼❣️," one person shared. "I cried with your post 😢😢😢😢," another commented. "Poor Sharon!!" a third wrote.

Several reflected on the depth of their marriage. "She really loves this man. For all he put her through she stayed. It was pure love. Soulmates xx," one netizen typed.

Others focused on the difficulty of first anniversaries. "The first year is the worst. It's the first birthdays (yours and theirs without them) Christmas etc. it doesn't get easier you just learn to live with it [sic]," one person shared.

Another person reflected on seeing Ozzy honour Sharon during a past Ozzfest in Atlanta, United States, on July 4, recalling how he brought her on stage for their anniversary as the crowd sang "Mama I'm Coming Home" while they danced together.

The commenter described it as one of the most beautiful moments they had witnessed, adding that although the world is not the same without him, his legacy will live on. Together, the tributes framed Sharon and Ozzy not just as public figures, but as partners bound by history.

Ozzy died of heart failure at his Buckinghamshire home in July last year. He was 76. His passing marked the end of one of rock music's most enduring and turbulent partnerships — both professionally and personally.

In the months since, Sharon has navigated her grief largely in public view. Earlier this month, she appeared alongside her children, Jack and Kelly Osbourne, at Universal Music Group's afterparty following the 2026 Grammy Awards.

The outing came after an emotional moment during the ceremony itself. Ozzy's career was honoured during the "In Memoriam" segment, when Post Malone, Slash, Duff McKagan, Chad Smith, and Andrew Watt performed Black Sabbath's "War Pigs."

Standing in the audience, Sharon dabbed at her eyes. Kelly appeared visibly shaken as well, while Jack stared forward, jaw tight. Their grief was visible and unguarded.

Ahead of the ceremony, Kelly described losing her father as the "hardest thing" she had ever experienced. When the tribute began, that loss played out in real time. Yet her mother's Valentine's Day post underscored the private cost of that loss.

The image of the couple's hands — familiar, steady — suggested continuity despite absence. For decades, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's marriage unfolded against the backdrop of fame, addiction, reinvention, and resilience.

Their relationship became inseparable from his legacy. And now, as February 14 rolled around this year, there were no grand gestures — only hands intertwined and two words that carried a lifetime of meaning.

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne were photographed in an intimate backstage exchange circa 1985, leaning in so closely that the surrounding crowd faded into the background. His arm rested protectively around her shoulders, gold jewellery and tattoos visible beneath the lights, while Sharon held his gaze with calm assurance. The image captured the intensity of their early years — united, defiant, and already bound together amid the whirlwind of rock stardom.
