On a tragic night, Williams dropped by Belushi's quickly but was freaked out by his dealer Cathy Smith. After losing Belushi in the 80s, Williams had used his projects as a form of therapy. He threw himself in head first and barely had a moment to relax in between acting, charity work, exercise and family life. Eventually, it all caught up and he relapsed.
