1. Jennifer Lawrence’s chilli sandwich

Image Source/ ElleThe Avatar stunner certainly has some out-of-this-world food choices. Take the ‘Chilli Pizza Sandwich’. A strange diet choice if ever we heard one…I bet it tastes nice though! Apparently it's: "A piece of pizza and you put chilli in it—like Southern chilli, with noodles—and then you put another piece of pizza, and then you eat it like a sandwich."

2. Meghan Markle’s green pasta

Zucchini pasta - aka zoodles - is an alternative to the carb heavy staple many of us know and love. By exchanging for a zucchini (or courgette if you’re British), you can enjoy all the flavor for a fraction of the calories. That’s exactly what Meghan Markle does when she slow cooks zucchini with veg stock to make what she calls a "filthy, sexy mush."

3. Nicolas Cage’s karma sutra menu

Actor Nicolas Cage is fairly well-known for his quirky ways and when it comes to his diet choices, there is no exception. All I can say is pigeon is off the menu!

4. Taylor Swift’s lemonade

When looking to restore for energy levels and electrolytes during and after performances, Taylor opts for a rather unique twist on the classic fizzy lemon drink - lavender lemon. That's rather fancy sounding Swifty! Although, it does sound intriguing, would you try it?

6. Jessica Biel’s shower meal…

It’s not what she eats but where she eats that sees Jessica Biel feature in this list. The actress brings snacks with her into the shower! And no we’re not talking about glass of water and a slice of apple, she’s scoffing whole sausages and mugs of coffee. Why? Well, "This is just Mom life," she explained on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.
"I don't know if anybody else does this, but I do not have time. I don't have time—for anything—so I'm feeding [my son, Silas] in the morning, trying to get ready, and I realized I haven't eaten. I just take it into the shower."

7. Kylie Jenner’s cereal discovery

"Perfect warming treat for a rainy afternoon."

11. Jennifer Hudson’s cookie diet

Now this is a diet I can buy into! What do you need to do? Well, simply swap breakfast and lunch with water and some low-calorie cookies. The outcome? A diet of under 1000 calories a day which although would certainly see you shed the extra pounds is closer to the daily recommendation for a toddler so definitely not something we’d advise.

12. Beyonce’s Master Cleanse

We’ve all heard about a body cleanse or detox and this diet, popularised by Queen B herself, is no exception. For up to 2 weeks, you don’t eat any real food and instead have lemonade, water, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Goodness me - this doesn’t sound safe or healthy. It’s popular though, with other A listers such as Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher claiming to have trialled the ‘Master Cleanse’.

13. Kate Hudson’s 2 meal plan

When interviewed by Self, Kate Hudson revealed her simple trick for keeping trim.  "I'm not one of those people who wakes up hungry,” she explained. So, simply enough, she doesn’t eat breakfast and waits until she feels hungry later in the day. I mean the 18-6 diet has been popular recently (where you limit the time you eat food to just 6 consecutive hours in a day) so I guess this fits in with that. Whatever works for you, Kate!

14. Chrissy Teigen’s Dorito habit

I like Doritos, you probably like Doritos. Well Chrissy Teigen LOVES Doritos! So much so, she has developed her own (kind of gross) way to eat them. She takes 1 crisp at a time, licks all the seasoning off it, returns the (presumably soggy) crisp to the bag and takes another. She repeats this until all the Doritos have been licked clean. It’s certainly one way to avoid actually eating them but I’m not sure I’d have the willpower!

15. Gordon Ramsay’s crazy eating schedule

The hot-tempered chef is famous for his no-nonsense leadership style and incredible cooking. You’d think someone with such amazing credentials would be tucking into a Michelin star banquet every evening. Not Gordon. He says he doesn’t like to eat big meals and instead eats up to 5 small portions a day to preserve his energy levels. I guess that explains the constant shouting!

16. Channing Tatum’s peanut butter and jelly twist

The gorgeous Channing Tatum has revealed that his all-time favourite snack is a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Not so crazy right? Well, just wait until you hear what Channing likes to add to this classic… CHEETOS! If you want his exact recipe, he wrote it out on Reddit for all his fans:

Ah the lengths people will go to to look beautiful!

19. Kourtney’s peanut butter cup

A few years back, Kourt explained what she considered the ‘proper’ way to eat a Reese's peanut butter cup. Rather than popping the tiny treat straight into her mouth, she nibbles the casing off to make a "chocolate appetizer," and then focuses on the peanut butter centre. Weird, yes. Will I be trying it? No!

20. Hillary Clinton’s spicy snack

You either love these spicy green veggies or hate them. What are we talking about? Jalapeños of course! Well the former Secretary of State devours them raw. She loves them so much that her campaign aide, Jamie smith, said
"During 2008, there was not a day or a minute that went by that we didn't have a full plate of raw jalapeños!”
Strange!

21. Dale Earnhardt Jr’s vomit sandwich

22. Kelly Osbourne's M Plan

This bizarre diet saw celebrities like Kelly Osbourne and Katy Perry replace one meal a day with a very divisive, slippery food. What could it be? Mushrooms! Personally, I wouldn’t mind this - I love a good mushroom but I know many people who would disagree. They’re certainly low in calories so you can see why they’d make a diet plan. Are you mushroom in or mushroom out?

23. Warren Buffett’s pop addiction

The business mogul Warren Buffet is one of the richest men in the world. So, when it comes to his choice of beverage, you’d expect him to be sipping on champagne or some kind of Himalayan sourced water. Well, that’s just not Warren! He’s joked about his "six-year-old" palette, saying he enjoys at least 5 Coca-Colas a day, accompanied with potato sticks and ice cream!

24. Jennifer Lopez’s crazy coffee

When you think of pop divas, you definitely think of Mariah Carey but you might not jump to J-Lo. You’ll think again after you hear her sassy drink demands. The Jenny From The Block singer requests that her coffee is stirred counterclockwise. We dread to think what would happen if it went the other way!

25. Jessica Simpson’s melons…!

Pregnancy can do some funny things to you including having pretty odd cravings. Jessica Simpson was no exception to this rule, saying that she craved melon (normal enough), covered in salt (definitely not normal)! Talking of celeb pregnancy cravings, did you know that Chrissy Teigen opted for Mexican food whilst Natalie Portman fancied vinegar - those hormones can do some crazy things to your taste buds!

26. Lady Gaga’s Baby Food Diet

It seems Gaga took her stage name literally when opting for the rather odd baby food diet! The premise is simple - lose weight by eating the diet of an infant! It’s not just Gaga who has been at it - Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon have also joined the baby club.

27. Katy Perry’s nugget preferences

28. Rihanna’s Cheetos

I wonder if Rihanna has been hanging out with Channing Tatum because guess what, we have another Cheeto lover in our midst! RiRi loves the Flamin' Hot variety and even adds them to her rider (a list of snacks and other requests pop stars take wherever they go)! I hope she’d got mouthwash on her rider, Cheetos are stinky!

29. Adele’s ‘sirtfood’ diet

Adele’s recent weight loss made the headlines as the Hello singer totally transformed herself. To be fair to Adele, it definitely worked. Good for her.

30. Mariah Carey’s Norwegian diet

This pop diva says her diet is “really hard.” Go on Mariah, try us.
“You would hate it. All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day — that's it."
I mean yeah, it doesn’t sound great and it certainly can’t be that good for you. Yes, oily fish like salmon is healthy but eating JUST that and capers every. single. day - not for me.
