Image source The SunGerman blonde, Ms Myra, has the accolade of having the biggest fake boobs in the world.  Obviously, you didn't need us to point this out!  When Ms Myra walks into a room, her 32Z cup breasts make an entrance 5 seconds before the rest of her body appears.  Each one weighs 9 kilos and holds 10 litres of saline. Must be a nightmare getting a sweater to fit!

2. There's Wide Eyed And Then There's This

Image source The SunKim Goodman hasn't just been scared half to death with a ghost story.  She has the most eye popping talent in the whole world and you can see why.  On a serious note, Kim suffered a blow to the head from a hockey stick and discovered, when she yawns, this is what happens to her eyes.

5. Tattooed Criminal - even has his eyeball inked

He is unable to show off this art form in public at the moment as he is currently serving 22 years for shooting a policeman.

7. Vampire Lady - metal horns complete the look

Image source The SunPretty (strange) Mexican Maria Jose Cristerna looks incredibly scary with her tattooed body and numerous piercings, not to mention the unusual hairstyle (which I've often wondered if it would suit me).   However, it's the metal horns in her head that probably give her a migraine.  Check out the fangs to complete the look.  Oh, her profession is as a lawyer and she spends her time helping victims of domestic abuse - don't judge a book ....

8. Worlds Hairiest Man - 93% of body hair

Image source The SunIf you moan about having to shave your armpits once a week, then take pity on Yu Zhenhuan of China who is officially the most hairy man in the world.  With 96 per cent of his body covered in fuzz, he has made a good living out of his unusual appearance.  He is, however, contemplating surgery to remove a couple of carrier bags full of hair.

9. Waisting Away - world's smallest waistline

Image source The SunMichele Koebke Hopes was very unhappy with her 25 inch perfect waistline so she underwent corset training to reduce the size of it.  She has been successful in her mission and her measurement has reduced to 21 inches, 16 inches with a corset.  She's got herself in the record books but it begs the question as to why bother!  Also, won't her internal organs be queuing on top of each other due to lack of space.

10. Best Food Forward - born with feet back to front

She has refused to register as disabled and works as a waitress in one of the busiest restaurants in Chongqing city.  I believe there has been confusion as to whether a meal is being brought to the table or taken away from it.

11. Little And Large - world's tallest and smallest males

Turkish giant Sultan Kösen  is a massive 8 ft 3 in and his tiny friend Chandra Bahadur Dangi, who sadly is no longer with us, was just 1ft 9½ inches.

12. Half A Head - crashed into a tree

Abby and Brittany - Conjoined Twins Defy the Odds

Even amongst that population, only about one in ten of all conjoined twins are dicephalic parapagus (two heads side by side on a torso). Abby and Brittany Hensel are a set of such twins and have miraculously made separate lives for each other.  You should google them.

13. Ngoc – 30 years without sleep

14. Mehran Karimi Nasseri – lived at airport since 1988

Image source WonderListAn Iranian refugee, Mehran Karimi Nasseri, had trouble getting a bond together to pay for a rental property so he did the next best thing and set up camp at Charles de Gaulle airport.  Seriously speaking, his papers were not in order and he was unable to secure a home.  He has lived at the airport since 1988, in the departure lounge and there has even been a movie made about him 'Terminal.'

15. Lal Bihari – fought for 19 years to prove he's alive

Lal Bihari was born in Uttar Pradesh, India and when he tried to file for a loan, the government declared he was already dead.  He has spent years trying to prove he is well and truly alive but the records have still not been amended.

16. Yoshiro Nakamatsu – photographed every meal eaten for 34 years

Ekaterina Lisina is 6ft 9in and holds two Guinness records  for being crowned as the world’s tallest model. The 29 year old’s left leg measures a staggering 132.8 cm (52.2 inches) while her right leg is 132.2 cm (52.0 inches).  As both her parents are over 6 feet 6 inches, it's no surprise!

31. Jyoti Amge - world's shortest living woman

She's actually an Indian actress, who was born with a genetic disorder called primordial dwarfism which resulted in her being so short. She was even cast in American Horror Story's Freak Show as the character 'Ma Petite'.

32. Nick Vujicic - no arms or legs

34. Tom Staniford - the skinniest man

It's a very rare genetic condition resulting in him being the skinniest man!

35. Sun Mingming - tallest basketball player in the world

Timothy Dumouchel is a man from America who hit headlines for filing a lawsuit against a TV company, claiming they were responsible for making his wife - who has full body autonomy and the choice to get up off the sofa and walk around - put on weight due to her extended time on the couch watching TV. The worst (or best) part is, he actually got free cable for four years as a result!

39. Tran Van Hay - man with the longest hair in the world

42. Sadhu Amar Bharati - has his arm permanently raised

Sadhu Amar Bharati is a man who has not just his hand, but his entire arm permanently raised to the sky. He first lifted it in 1973 as a way of honoring the god Shiva - and he hasn't put it down since! It makes my arm ache just thinking about it.

Romario Dos Santos is a bodybuilder whose goal was to look so much like the Hulk that he injected his arms with oil and alcohol - a lethal combination. Though he risked his life - and almost had to have both his arms amputated - he survived.

48. Zhang Ruifang - the grandmother with a devil horn

That's what they came to be known as, anyway, for Zhang Ruifang, a Chinese woman who became famous for having a devil-like horn growing out of her head.
