1. Benji Ashby

Poor Benji had the honour of being Joe's first ever kill. Benji first appears as Joe stalks Beck inside her apartment. He witnesses a heated argument between the couple and his hatred begins to build. Later, he kills the now ex-boyfriend of Beck with a coffee laced with peanut oil (which Benji is allergic to) whilst locked inside his vault.
2. Peach Salinger

The next victim to suffer is Peach, best friend of Beck. Joe isn't happy with the close, toxic relationship Peach has with his love interest. And so, decides it's best to dispose of her, shooting her dead during a fight. However, in true Joe style, he cleverly pins the death as a suicide.
3. Elijah Thornton

A flashback scene in season 1 shows that Joe is no stranger to murder. He was cheated on by his ex girlfriend, Candace with Elijah Thornton. Devastated by the betrayal, Joe does what he does best and removes Elijah from his life by pushing him off a building.
4. Ron

Ron earns his murder by being verbally and physically abusive to Joe's friendly neighbour, Paco and his mother. The main crime, though, is that Ron sees through Joe's facade and knows something isn't right. Naturally, Joe justifies stabbing Ron in the neck.
5. Guinevere Beck

Poor Beck enters a relationship with Joe, but quickly discovers she has made a mistake. Beck's behaviour lands herself in Joe's soundproof cage, she outsmarts him and manages to escape. However, when Joe realises she's trying to make a run for it, he strangles her.
6. Jasper

Joe then re-locates to LA under the stolen identity of 'Will'. His first kill of season 2 is Jasper, who is onto him. When it becomes clear Jasper knew the original Will and was owed money, Joe handles the situation by killing Jasper and simply disposing of him through the mincing machine at Love’s grocery store.
7. Henderson

Joe decides to take his new neighbour Ellie under his wing, who works with Henderson. Ellie is young and it becomes clear Henderson is taking advantage of her. Joe takes it upon himself to rectify this, he sneaks into his house and catches him in the act. Joe then pushes him down the stairs and kills him.
8. Joe's mum’s boyfriend

In another flashback scene, we learn what sparked Joe's murderous ways to begin with. We see a young Joe observing his mum's boyfriend abusing her. Joe decides to put a stop to this by shooting him dead. His mum puts him into child protection, but clearly this was enough to mess him up for life.
9. Sofia

Season 2 reveals the murder of Sofia, killed by Joe's love interest, Love Quinn. Love takes matters into her own hands when she witnesses Sofia sexually assaulting her twin brother, Forty. Much like Joe, she manages to pin the murder on Forty as she knew he would be protected. A match made in hell.
10. Delilah Alves

Poor Delilah let her curiosity get the better of her, which lead to her murder. When she snuck into Joe's apartment, she found herself locked in Joe's cage. However, he says he intended to let her go. Love found Delilah before he had chance and sealed her fate.
11. Candace Stone

Candace is an ex lover of Joe's, appearing only in flashbacks until making an appearance in the final episode of season 1. It comes to light that Candace cheated on Joe. Of course, Joe couldn't accept this betrayal and did attempt to kill her, however, she lived! Later, Love finishes the job by slitting her throat.
12. Natalie Engler

Joe develops an obsession with his next door neighbor, Natalie. When Love discovers that he has begun stalking her and collecting her belongings in a box, she decides life would be better without her in it. Her jealousy leads her to kill Natalie with an axe.
13. Gil Brigham

Gil is a local teacher and a customer at Love's bakery. She blames his anti-vax views for landing their son, Henry, in hospital with a bad case of measles. In a violent rage, Love attacks him and imprisons him inside Joe's cage. Gil learns that his son is a sexual abuser and so does the job for them, killing himself.
14. Ryan Goodwin

Joe can't help but allow his eye to wander. He quickly finds himself a new fixation to stalk - Marienne. Joe observes how her ex husband, Ryan Goodwin, is treating her and learns that he is attempting to take full custody of their daughter. Wanting to do right by Marienne, Joe simply murders Ryan and pins it on Love.
15. James Kennedy

James Kennedy had the pleasure of being Love's previous husband. He was diagnosed with cancer and Love cared for him throughout. When he went into remission, he decided he wanted to leave her. Of course, Love couldn't allow this, so she poisoned his food.
16. Love Quinn

At the end of season 3, Joe commits his most controversial murder and kills his wife, Love. She catches onto the fact that Joe has begun stalking his new love interest, Marienne, and so attempts to poison him. Joe outsmarts her, killing her with the poison then successfully framing her for all the murders and his own!
17. Malcom Harding

Joe takes on a new identity as Jonathan in season 4. His first kill is rich socialite, Malcolm Harding. Malcolm earns this honour by teasing Joe about his broken heart and love for Marienne. It's clear Malcolm is misogynistic and Joe doesn't agree with his views. Joe wakes up to find Malcolm lying on his table with a knife in his chest.
18. Simon Soo

Simon Soo is the next of the rich it-crowd to die, which develops the mystery of the 'eat the rich killer'. Simon's crime was that he didn't take too well to Joe, or Jonathan, on their first meeting. He is stabbed to death in the same way as Malcolm.
19. Vic the bodyguard

Joe is unaware that he is in fact the eat the rich killer, as a psychotic episode haves him believing he is receiving texts and taunts from the killer. Vic, however, is onto Joe and suspects he is the killer and attacks him. Joe fights back and strangles poor Vic to death.
20. Gemma Greene-Graham

During a weekend getaway, Gemma also begins to call out the suspicious fact that people have started to die around the same time as Joe showing up. Gemma is rude and has no respect for the workers during their stay. Gemma is found dead by Joe and he is still unaware that he was to blame.
21. Rhys Montrose

Joe believes he's discovered who's to blame for all the killings and that the killer is trying to pin this on him. Then, being blackmailed by Kate's father is the final push he needs to put a stop to it. He finds, tortures and kills Rhys in his country home. However, Rhys appears back at Joe's side, revealing he is actually an imagined part of himself.
22. Hugo the bodyguard

In attempt to better the life of his new love interest, Kate, Joe takes it upon himself to rid her of her controlling father, Tom Lockwood. However, his plan begins to go south when Tom's bodyguard, Hugo, arrives at the scene. Joe has no choice but to stab Hugo to death.

Once his bodyguard is gone, Joe and Tom are back alone inside Tom's private aircraft hangar. Tom attempts to negotiate with Joe and offers him money, a new life and a cover up for his murders. But Joe's intentions are set, so he suffocates him to death with a plastic bag.

Whilst Henry is of course not a murder victim of Joe, he still definitely suffers as a result of Joe. For what he believes to be in the best interest of his son, he abandons him without saying goodbye, leaving him with his neighbors, with nothing but a note.
25. Eddie

Poor Eddie ends up dead after getting caught up in girlfriend Nadia's suspicions of Joe. He is found lurking outside Joe's house whilst waiting for Nadia to look around inside. Joe is aware the pair are onto him as a murderer and so Joe kills him, framing Nadia for his murder.
26. Kate Galvin

Joe's love interest and point of infatuation throughout season 4 is Kate Galvin, who manages to escape death, despite a few near misses. Joe's alter ego presenting himself as Rhys tells Joe to kill Kate, however it seems his love for her overpowers this. But who knows how long this will be strong enough...
27. Marienne

Poor Marienne suffers perhaps for the longest at the hand of Joe. She is stalked in season 3, choosing to flee when she discovers Joe has murdered her ex husband. In season 4, Joe captures her as an alternative to killing her and leaves her locked inside his cage to the point of near starvation and mental breakdown. Thanks to Nadia, she escapes freely.
28. Theo

Theo is young and naive, falling for Love, he attempts to ask her to run away with him after the two have been having an affair. However, he misjudges Love's cold heart and ends up being hit over the head with a fire extinguisher by her when he discovers the cage.
29. Cary

Cary is a rich and charismatic character, who welcomes Joe into his friendship circle. Of course, Joe isn't great when it comes to friendships. The pair get into a fight in the woods whilst on a retreat. As always, Joe takes things too far and pushes Cary off a cliff. Miraculously, he survives.

One of the final kills we see at the hand of Joe is his own attempted suicide. Once Joe comes to terms with his dissociative personality and that he is responsible for further murders, he decides the world would be better off without him. Joe jumps off a bridge in attempt to drown himself. When he wakes up in hospital, he seems to be back and better than ever...
