1. Then: Javier Colon

Javier Colon won the very first season of The Voice US. He first appeared during his blind audition singing 'Time After Time' He won $100,000  in cash as well as a contract with Universal records. He released an album a year later 'Come Through For You' which features Natasha Bedingfield.

2. Now: Javier Colon

Javier Colon went on to leave his record with Universal Records because he felt that they were not supportive enough. He released an album in 2016. 'Gravity', as well as a single in 2017 named 'Clear the Air'. He tours around the country and more frequently releases Tik Toks singing.

3. Then: Dia Frampton

In the same series that Javier Colon won, Dia Frampton was the very popular runner up who came second. Throughout the competition she actually had the most iTunes downloads of all the competitors - she even took number 1 on the iTunes charts during the final.

Dia Frampton released her single, Red. In 2018 she released her popular single 'Bruises' Frampton used to be a part of the band 'Meg and Dia' which broke up. But, as of 2019 the band reunited. The group were the support act for Amber Liu on her North American Tour in 2020. Since then, she's been fairly quiet but we wait to see what else she has in store!

Jermain Paul is the season 2 winner of The Voice. He wowed judges and fans with his distinctive voice. He grew up one of 10 siblings who encouraged him when he found his passion for music when he listened the The Jacksons. Before The Voice he had actually already worked with Alicia Keys and was nominated for two Grammy's!

6. Now: Jermaine Paul

Jermaine Paul has actually done less than he did before The Voice. Paul had already seemingly had a career, and perhaps The Voice was a way of finding recognition for his voice in his own right. This seemed to be enough for him as he took a step back to prioritize his wife who was his childhood sweetheart, and his four children.

7. Then: Cassadee Pope

Cassadee Pope was the first ever female winner of The Voice, which she won in season 3. After a moderate progression through the competition performing Punk, she then fund her groove in country singing and stormed through the rest of the competition straight to the finale. Her performance had over one million downloads.

8. Now: Cassadee Pope

Cassadee has been very busy since being crowned The Voice's season 3 winner. She's released multiple albums and she signed with a music label called Republic Nashville. Her lates album released in 2021 called 'Thrive' met huge praise and popularity. Since then she's moved in with her boyfriend and fellow musician, Sam Palladio, in Nashville.

9. Then: Melanie Martinez

Melanie Martinez also starred on season 3 The Voice. Although she was not a winner, her unusual vocals and use of creativity brought her a lot of attention. She came in at 4th place, yet she still remained one of the contestants who made one of the biggest impressions on fans.

10. Now: Melanie Martinez

Melanie Martinez may not have been crowned the winner, yet her success equals that of many singers. She has had a continuous stream of success since starring on the shoe. In March 2023 she released her singles 'Death' and 'Void' and the rest of her album will follow soon, accompanied by a 2023 tour!

11. Then: Danielle Bradbery

Country singer Danielle Bradbery took fans and judges by storm when she was declared the winner. Immediately after her win, she released her single after being signed with Big Machine Records. Her country career went from strength to strength as she used the momentum of her success to propel even more popularity.

12. Now: Danielle Bradbery

Daniele Bradbery had her first headlining tour in 2022 called 'A Special Place'. In 2019 she did her first custom track for the latest Charlie's Angels and in 2022 she released two singles 'Girls in My Town' and 'Never Have I Ever'. She also struck up a relationship during the pandemic with Bennet Jonas.

13. Then: Sawyer Fredericks

In 2015, Blues singer, Sawyer Fredericks was only 15 years old when he first auditioned for The Voice. Not only did he impress the judges he actually ended up taking the crown at the end of the season, becoming the youngest ever winner under Pharrell William's guidance.

Sawyer Fredericks is now 23 years old and he has continued to work hard ever since he won his season of The Voice in 2015. In 2020 he released an album and in 2021 he went on tour across America co-starring alongside The Accidentals. In 2023 so far we can see Fredericks being very active on social media, focusing on growing his online presence.

15. Then: Chris Blue

Chris Blue won season 12 of The Voice. Fans adored him and he had already built up quite a fan base. Yet when he released his album a year later. many of them has already moved on. Blue revealed that he had found his lack of immediate success hard after The Voice as he realized it may be a slow challenge.

Chris Blue welcomed his first baby in 2021 which he was ecstatic about and at this point, being a father was his main goal. In 2021 he also released an ep 'The Chris Blue Project' which combined party anthems. Chris Blue's success had been slow but steady in the pop world.

17. Then: Jacquie Lee

Jacquie Lee was a runner up during season 5 of the show. But, she left the show making a huge impression of fans and she went on to sign with Atlantic record, despite not having been the winner. Her stand out performances were 'Angel' by Sarah McLachlan and her finale performance of 'And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going;.

18. Now: Jacquie Lee

Jacquie Lee has enjoyed continued success, she's released numerous singles, albums and she's even toured multiple times. In the last couple of years Jacquie hasn't released as much music and she has been preoccupied with her social media influence and creating content for different online sites where she has amassed a huge following.

19. Then: Matt McAndrew

Matt McAndrew finished as a runner up on season 7 of The Voice. He joined team Adam after the blind auditions. His performances, including his cover of Hozier's 'Take Me To Church' and Coldplay's 'Fix You' left impressions not only the judges but also his fan following.

20. Now: Matt McAndrew

After joining Republic records and then switching to PledgeMusic. McAndrew has continued to create consistent music. In 2019 he actually became the lead vocalist in the band, 'Rain City Drove'. From here on he left his solo singing carer behind for a complete change.

21. Then: Jordan Smith

In 2015 Jordan Smith stole the hearts of judges and fans. In fact, during his blind audition, Jordan Smith performed Sia's Chandelier, where four judges turned and Adam Levine was so impressed that he named him the most important person ever to come on the show.

Jordan Smith returned to his hometown in Kentucky to be praised in many ways. The state was super proud of him and he was deemed the Kentuckian of the Year as well as Kentucky Colonel. He released a song in 2016 and then wrote a song which was performed in Deadpool 2 by Celine Dion. Apart from this his career has been very quiet.

23. Then: Aliyah Moulden

Aliyah Moulden starred on The Voice's season 12 where she made it to the finale and ranked 3rd place. She had previously wowed the judges during her blind auditions where she performed Elvis Presley's Hound Dog and got a four chair turn and chose to join Blake Shelton's team.

24. Now: Aliyah Moulden

Aliyah Moulden rode the success of her Voice career and her collection of fans to create her own brand - a skin care brand. Her line is already featuring in Urban Outfitters and she has proven to be a success business woman already. Her last single was released in 2020 'Alaska', since then she has been more focussed on business.

25. Then: Chloe Kohanski

In 2017, during season 13 of the show Chloe Kohanski won the show at 23 years old. After winning the show she renamed herself to Chloe MK as she started releasing music. During her blind performances, Miley Cyrus, Blake Shelton and Jennifer Hudson all turned around.

In 2019 Chloe MK went on tour with Sizzy Rocket, and she started releasing new singles, for example, 'To Be Young' as well as her ep 'Fantasy'. She opened up about how she started with big success and transitioned into a more slow paced individual artist, trying to pave her own way.

27. Then: Sandy Redd

Sandy Redd appeared on season 15 of The Voice. She stormed the competition and made such a huge impression that when she was eliminated there was uproar from fans who claimed that the show must have been rigged. When she left she had already gained a huge fan following.

28. Now: Sandy Redd

Sandy Redd had already won several awards before The Voice. Since The Voice, she has started new ventures such as musical theatre and she even starred in a movie called 'Ignite Your Love'. She starred as a character who embarks on a journey trying to establish her own self love.

29. Then: Jason Warrior

Jason Warrior starred on The Voice season 7, he did not manage to win, but he became well known for his powerful vocals. Before the show he had had travelled the world in gospel groups Walt Whitman and the Soul Children. He had performed for many famous people including Bill Clinton.

30. Now: Jason Warrior

Jason Warrior has continued a stable music career. In 2021 he joined American Idol. He was not happy or satisfied with he success that he had found on The Voice, and wanted to see if he could make it further. He impressed judges but did not manage to win the show yet again.
