Day 9: Your blood pressure will drop

High blood pressure can be deadly if left untreated for a long period of time. After having your bath at this point, you might have noticed that your blood pressure has dropped for around two hours after you got out. This is because the steam and hot water allow the vessels to dilate.
Day 10: If you have any wounds, they'll love you now

Day 12: Your glucose levels will benefit dramatically

Increasing your lung capacity and oxygen intake by submerging yourself to the chest is an excellent idea. The water's temperature and the pressure on your chest and lungs both play a role in this. Hotter water produces more steam, which can be used to relieve congestion in the nasal passages and chest.
Day 25: Your heart health will begin to improve

Day 28: It might tear through your skin's natural moisture
