Then there are the stiff joints that menopausal women have to deal with on a daily basis. Waking up and getting out of bed or standing after sitting on the sofa for a while doesn't feel as easy as it once used to. Joints stiffen up due to the decrease in women's hormones and calcium.

It's a sad situation for women when they have to witness their whole body changing, including their appearance. Some women use their hair as a kind of confidence safety net, so when this starts to change it can be really hard to deal with.
