2. She's living her childhood dream

After getting engaged to Jonathan Davino, Sydney opened up about her decision not to date people in the spotlight. "I don't date actors or musicians or anyone in entertainment because I can just be normal Syd that way and it's easiest. I have a great support system."

Sweeney's hometown, Spokane, Washington reportedly received $12,000 from Sweeney which was given to various restaurants to be used to fund and serve meals to the homeless and homeless shelters around the area. Considering how early on in her career she is, that's a very charitable and kind donation from a young actress.

Considering she plays party animal and heavy alcohol consumer, Cassie in Euphoria, Sweeney is never actually seen in the night scene. In fact, she's nothing like her character at all, if anything she's more like Eden from The Handmaid's Tale. She explained in an interview, “I’m not one to go out. I’ve never done drugs. I’ve never smoked weed, I don’t drink.”

During her Vogue "Beauty Secrets" video, Sweeney explained that she drinks only water on a daily basis and she she finds that it helps her skin so much as well as her gut issues. She also says, “Instead of coffee, I’ll have some Swedish Fish or anything gummy if I’m tired,”

8. A five year plan for a little girl with big dreams

"I created a five-year business plan that basically explained what could happen in my life if they (my parents) let me do this, the steps I had to take, things I had to work toward,"

Sydney isn't the only talented one of the family, both her parents have very important jobs and her brother, Trent is also in the entertainment industry. The family moved to Los Angeles when Sydney was 14 and she and her brother both went down the same route.

Whilst on set of season 2 of Euphoria, Sydney told James Corden, "My toe got stepped on during filming and it just exploded."

The incident happened right before the season's wrap party. The actress revealed that it was co-star Alexa Demie who stepped on her foot, but hadn't told her until the public announcement on The Late Late Show.

13. Sydney & her vintage "dream car"

19. She was told that she wasn't right for the role of Cassie in Euphoria

Once Sydney had got her breakthrough role in Everything Sucks! things started to look up for the actress. But going for the role of Cassie, she was told not to bother coming into the audition - her agent fought for her and she submitted a tape. And as you say, the rest is history.

Whilst filming The Handmaid's Tale, Sydney put herself through college to keep up with her studies. She admitted to struggling through college, not because of finding it difficult but because other students were upset with her because she was allowed so many days off for work - which led her to not being able to take her final.

24. She wants to be a young mom

She told the DailyMail, 'I don't have someone supporting me, I don't have anyone I can turn to, to pay my bills or call for help,'

she said. 'I want to have a family, I've always wanted to be a young mom, and I'm worried about how this industry puts stigmas on young women who have children and looks at them in a different light. I was worried that, if I don't work, there is no money and no support for kids I would have.'
