Unlike his new wife, Elliott keeps himself away from paparazzi and the spotlight. His Instagram only has four posts (three are of him and Richie aww!) and doesn't have any tweets on his Twitter account. The pair like the share pictures with each other, showing off their love for each other.

Elliot was apparently a nervous wreck when he asked Sofia's father, Lionel for her hand in marriage. Speaking to Access Hollywood,
"I thought he was going to pass out, but he survived it," he said. Lionel added, "I was going to rib him a little bit, but I didn't want to play, he was going to faint. It was wonderful … they're deeply in love, so all I can say is, that's what you really want as a dad."

Shortly after their proposal, Sofia decided to convert to Judaism ahead of her nuptials. "What a magical day. Whilst living in Boston he started a company called 'Take Boston' and the first fundraising event was for the victims of the bombing at the Boston Marathon 2013.

The after party was a nightclub-inspired theme which featured a performance from Good Charlotte - both Sofia and Elliot grew up listening to the band. Sofia's brother-in-law Benji Madden was also part of the band. All in all a great way to round off the evening!
30. Dancing 'till the early hours

Sofia and Elliot's family and friends danced until 3am and went back to the villa where the wedding had started earlier “We recapped the night and ordered big bowls of pasta along with every French food you could imagine,” Sofia says. “We just sat around recapping until the morning. It was great!”
