Debby's character in Jessie was deemed to be an all-sweet, all-innocent character, but off screen she was much different. In 2016, she was arrested and charged for breaking the law. Her official charge was a DUI after she crashed her car, and ended up with a three years probationary sentence.

Orlando Brown - That's So Raven

Orlando Brown was a much beloved character in That's So Raven. However, it didn't seem like the show put him on the right track. Brown has been arrested for multiple DUIs, domestic battery and dr*g possession since his departure from the show. He was also captured by bounty hunters at one point!

David Henrie - Wizards of Waverly Place

David Henrie really was the teen heart throb we all needed. But, in 2018, he was actually apprehended by the police after bringing a loaded gun to LAX. He claims it was unintentional, and was also legally bought and owned by him. He was charged for carrying a firearm to an airport.

Jake T Austin - Wizards of Waverly Place

It seems like all the Wizards just want to get arrested! Jake T Austin, who played Henrie's brother in Wizards of Waverly Place, was arrested in a hit-and-run crash in 2013. He did plead not guilty in the end, but he had fled the scene by the time the police got there.

It's easy to forget that Britney Spears gained her start on Disney Channel. Britney made her reputation performing alongside well-known artists like Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera on The All New Mickey Mouse Club. In 2007, Spears was involved in a hit-and-run. She believed she had gotten away with it, but the paparazzi caught the event on camera, and the owner reported what had happened after seeing his vehicle in the video.

Mitchel Musso - Hannah Montana

Mitchel Musso, the beloved actor who played Oliver in Hannah Montana, landed himself in trouble back in 2011. At 20 years old, he was arrested for a DUI, after being apprehended by the police for driving through and intersection and not doing as he was told by the cops!

He eventually plead not guilty, and postponed the arraignment due to his mental health.

Would you believe that Phill Lewis actually got in trouble with the law when he was just 24, years before he took part in Suite Life of Zack and Cody. He was convicted for killing 21-year-old Isabel Duarte after he decided to drive while drunk. It was deemed manslaughter and he endured jail time, probation and community service.

Audrey Whitby - So Random!

Audrey Whitby's arrest is a little more light-hearted than the rest. After Trump won the election in 2016, Audrey took part in a peaceful protest that didn't end so peacefully. Officers apparently pointed batons, tear gas and weapons at them. She was eventually arrested.

Shia Lebeouf was arrested multiple times and he spoke openly about it in his essay Error Breeds Sense. One of the worst charges he ever had was when he was 20 years old and tried to stab a neighbor, which landed him a couple of nights in jail. Not to mention the countless DUI charges he's had.

The Sonny With a Chance actor Brandon Smith was detained in 2017 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. After entering a plea of not guilty, he was given a probationary sentence of 36 months. A nine-month long alcohol and drug counseling program was another requirement that he had to enroll in.

Looks like William Brent didn't quite get away with this one! Known for starring in Lab Rats on Disney XD, Brent was pulled over by the police for speeding and was subsequently arrested for a DUI. While the alcohol content was within the legal limit, he was under the age of 21.

Kristen Storms - Zenon trilogy

Ryan Merriman - The Luck of the Irish

In November 2011, Merriman, who played the lead in The Luck of the Irish, was charged with two counts of DUI. He entered a no contest plea to one DUI offense, and the second DUI charge was dropped. The actor was sentenced to three years of unsupervised probation and nine months in a first-offender alcohol program.

Christopher Tavarez - K.C. Undercover

In 2019, the K.C. Undercover actor, Christopher Tavarez, was given a five-year jail term for allegedly assaulting his partner at home. But he only had to serve 300 days. He was forced to undergo a year-long outpatient drinking treatment and a 52-week course on domestic abuse awareness.

Justin Martin came to light after he appeared in the much-anticipated final installment of the High School Musical series. He was arrested in 2015 after a shoot-out occurred between himself and Boston police officers. He later served 18 months after he plead guilty to the offence.

Following his appearance in Blank Check, Brian was detained for two DUI offenses in 2001 and 2004, and in 2007 he was accused of assaulting his fiancée. In his youth, Brian appeared in Family Ties and Star Trek: The Next Generation, but he hasn't been on screen since 1994.

He had a history of offenses, and in January 2020, while under the influence of methamphetamine, he was taken into custody and charged with burglary. He put a lot of effort into beating his addiction and finished the drug court program.
